Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Black River

We spent a great holiday in the ground floor Black reef apartment. The apartment is huge & well equipped. Kitchen includes all stuff you need to cook, from pots & pans to microwave & cooking machine. There is a huge fridge, coffee device and all tableware you need. The bedroom is nice and big, as well as bathroom that includes shower & bath tube. Everything is clean and very well preserved, exactly like in the photos. The terrace is opening to the sea and beach, that is very clean, too. There is a heated pool in the garden that is shared with tenants of the other two floors. The beach is nice but rocky, you can go into the water in front of the villa, but is better to use one of the very nice public beaches that are in walking distance. There is a supermarket where you can find almost everything & a very nice beach club (Le Plage) in 10 minutes walking distance and few restaurants closer. Communication was easy with both owner and local responsible person. Everything was perfect & top!

Its location is perfect, with many restaurants, a shopping center, and popular beaches just a short distance away. The apartment is well-kept, offers 24/7 security, and includes dedicated parking - everything we needed for a hassle-free stay. Christopher is a great host. He dropped by during our check-in and thoughtfully walked us through all the apartment amenities. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Mauritius!

The place was perfect for us as a small family. We had everything we needed. The pool and access to the beach was great. We enjoyed the tranquility. The property is a great base for many attractions in the area. Kamlesh was very kind and personally welcomed us. In case of problems, he responded quickly and helped us. We were very pleased and highly recommend this place.

Had an amazing stay at Djameel's place! The beautiful place was one of the highlights of my whole stay on Mauritius and made my experience that much better. Had everything you need and more and everything you could ask for in a home away from home. It's also a very beautiful place with new features so I always looked forward to returning to the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, carefully decorated, and above all very functional accommodation with everything available. Everything is in place to facilitate your arrival, as well as all the necessary information to know about the island (restaurants, beaches, activities, etc.). The apartment is secure and located in a quiet area, close to a shopping centre and beaches. Grindel is an available and caring host. I recommend it without hesitating and without a second thought!

Probably one of the best homes I've ever rented on Airbnb. Pascal's apartment is perfectly equipped (even more than we could hope for). It is decorated with care and personality. It feels like home. Pascal was always responsive and suggested several good plans. A big thank you to him, we'll be back!

Great stay at Vinesh's house! This was a family reunion for two weeks. Very complete accommodation with two bedrooms on the first floor, a third bedroom on the second floor with a superb terrace. Bathroom on the ground floor and first floor. Very well equipped for everyday life, everything is there (coffee maker, towels, air conditioners, barbecue, plates, glasses, kitchen containers, etc.). The big positives of the place are the quiet location and proximity to the beach (you just have to cross the road). Excellent communication with Vinesh, very responsive and accommodating host). I won't hesitate to go back next time. Thanks for everything Vinesh!

Kavita, Priscille and Usha were very nice, helped us finding our way to restaurants and other things in the neighbourhood. Very clean and looked after location directly at a small beach. Restaurants at walking distance. Very nice house!

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in the house. Brand new, fully equipped with everything you need to be comfortable with family and cooking. Everything is really well thought out. Communication with Nazia was very smooth, and this well before the departure when we were able to ask her all our questions. Isabelle on site was able to clean several times a week. Loved our stay. Thanks for the great stay at your house. We had a great time! Location is unbeatable! Amazing views of the Indian Ocean. A private small beach is also part of the house. Pool was cleaned daily as well as the house. Very friendly welcome by Davina. Which was always available to us during the stay if you had any questions. She always responded very quickly. Also the guard of the property was very helpful and went shopping with us on the first day by car. We did not have our own car but were super looked after by the Nazim and his drivers. Finally had the same taxi driver (Nawfar) during our stay that we highly recommend. The excursions with him were great! He showed us many beautiful places and was available to us all day if we wished. So there is also no need to have your own car. A local supermarket is also within walking distance.

Wow, our stay at Albion was nothing short of amazing! We truly felt at home. Alex and Marie-France were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and communicated well throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless with beautiful finishes and had all the amenities we needed. They were super responsive to any questions we had about the area or the home. Highly recommend their place—and them as hosts!

Accommodation was wonderful, close to the beach and shops ! Easily accessible , great loaction and perfect for what we needed. Definitely highly recommend.

Good value for money, spacious, parking and terrace. The essentials are present but equipment to be relativized taking into account the price. Level of finish, comfort and equipment a little fair (electrical outlets, water drainage, cooking utensils, closing windows, etc. Winning in receiving work but the price may rise.Dhareena acknowledges that there may be problems and always looking for solutions. The most delicate point is the noise related to the rambling of dogs in the neighborhood. Expect disturbing barking including the night that contrasts with the surrounding calm. Late checkout appreciated on the last day.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and always eager to help. All common areas were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the apartment itself was very comfortable. We had a slight issue with the hot water on the first day, but the hosts responded promptly, resolving it with a smile, even though it was late. The view of the park is lovely and calming, perfect for morning or evening walks. The apartment complex is gated with a security guard, so we felt very safe. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place.

Great apartment with its own grounds and its own parking space. Simple but helpful equipment was available. The host was always trying to make sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen, washing machine were also very helpful. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the accommodation.

The apartment was dreamy. Better than the pictures. As in the Paradise. The hosts are very helpful. Supermarkets and restaurants are accessible by car. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can also cook wonderfully yourself. Special plus: 3 times a week is cleaned. Luxury! We were very pleased.

Her apartment is very spacious, clean, very well-equipped, with balconies. Quiet, it is located in a secure residence, with caretaker, closed parking, two swimming pools and very pleasant park. Especially the location is ideal because at 5/10 minutes walk you can enjoy the beautiful beach of Flic en Flac, which stretches for several kilometers and offers many activities including beach restaurants (5/6 euros for a dish). In the same radius all on foot, you also have many shops (supermarket, restaurants, bars, bakery, various shops,...). And finally, you will be very well located for visiting the whole island by car, with many sites, hikes, beaches,.. very accessible from the apartment. In short, the perfect choice to enjoy the whole of Mauritius!
