Holiday rentals with lake access in Black Hills

This was a nice place to stay for our group of 17, Trystin was friendly and responsive, we did end up finding that we could have used more towels for our big group, so may be good to bring extras if you also have a big group. The kids loved the hot tub and we had a bonfire 2 of the nights, lovely - lovely setting with views of water, trees, and the cathedral spires, gorgeous patio with table, it was a great home base for our days exploring the Black Hills. The Angostura Cabin was just what we needed for our week-long getaway! It is truly private - 10 miles off the highway on dirt roads with only two other houses within a mile of the cabin. A HUGE selling point for us was the seclusion from everyone else and the effortless 10 min walk to the lake. No trees around, so when the wind blows, it's cold. The cabin itself was very clean, very comfortable, and very appropriate for the location. Even though there were only 2 of us staying, we will be back with more people later because the cabin can sleep up to 8 people (2 people in each two queen beds and 2 people in each two double beds), or 4 people very comfortably. If you're looking for an amazing getaway (literally!), don't hesitate to book this stay. Effortless check-in, check-out, and quick communication with Hillary. Get this place; you won't regret it!

This was a great place to stay on our short vacation to see Mt Rushmore. Ashlee was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. She offered great suggestions on places to go and distances to places to eat at. Very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it!

The location was great along with the overall feel of the house.

We had a fantastic time during our 7-night stay. The Airbnb was extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved the mattresses on the beds and the recliner chairs in the living room. The space was very spacious, featuring separate bedrooms. I was delighted with the clean and beautiful interior. The location was really peaceful and conveniently close to supermarkets for groceries. It was a great base for exploring the sights. We packed so much into our vacation, including visits to Mount Rushmore and both Jewel and Wind Caves (make sure to get reservations!). We also hiked in the Badlands, Spearfish Canyon, and Custer State Park. Our list of activities is extensive!

This home is perfect for two couples, there is a lot of space to move about and plenty of spots to relax. The home is well equipped and had everything we needed. Our favorite gathering spot was the deck. A rabbit moved in and we enjoyed keeping an eye on him, and the deer that wonder the neighborhood in the evening! The pool table came in handy, and we certainly appreciated being able to put our vehicle in the garage. This home is centrally located to all the sites we came to see. We took the short walk to Canyon Lake Park every evening--what a gem! I would give Chace's home more than 5 stars!

Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful.

Scott was incredibly patient at 330am when we couldn't find the office. note: when you click on the address for directions it navigates to a different address. staff were incredibly friendly. location was perfect for us and serene.

Fantastic location, clean and in a cute little neighborhood of similar accommodations. plenty of walking opportunities, near access to the black hills and just down the road from the "Chapel in the Hills" Comfortable and easy to find, checking in and out was a breeze.

Nice person at check in and very helpful for giving information of the best way to get to various attractions. One of our vehicles blew a fuse and we didn't have the right tool to get into the fuse box. Maintenance man came right away and helped us. Cabin was freshly painted and some improvements made.

Absolutely loved staying at The secret garden! It was a very quiet, relaxing place after a long day at work. Sarah was amazing to work with and was super friendly. Will definitely come back in the future!
