Our house is located directly on the Rhine in the quiet Wallbach. You will find peace and quiet with us after a hike or bike tour. However, you can also be very active from here, canoeing, Rhine swimming, excursions to Augusta Raurica and much more. We are also quite attractive as a starting point for visits to Basel (Beyeler Museum, ART Basel, etc.). You can easily reach Basel within 1/2 hour by public transport. We are also happy to advise you on further excursions in our beautiful region.

Ste. Marie aux Mines, gelegen in de Val d’Argent ( zilveren vallei), leunt aan het vogezenmassief. Het ligt op een centrale plaats in de Elzas en is een kruispunt van wegen in het gebergte. Hierdoor zit u op de ideale ligging om prachtige plaatsen te bezoeken.Of het om de natuur gaat, de plaatselijke dorpjes, de musea, de wijnroute,..... er is voor ieder wat wils. Als u een aktieve vakantie verkiest, zal tussen wandelen, fietsen, skieën, paardrijden, etc., uw vakantie te kort worden.

Black Forest Love

The property is perfectly suited for a short trip to the Black Forest. This trendy accommodation offers many charming details. On the small balcony of the kitchen you can relax perfectly after you have prepared something delicious to eat in the new kitchen. You share the bathroom and kitchen with 2/3 other guests who live in another room. In the house with you is the kindergarten, which you occasionally hear, but which does not bother you. The guest room adjoining our Manor is located in a fenced green park of 2 hectares. You can park safely. At the back is a pretty forest, where our 2 horses, our female donkey and our other animals that you will find stay. The house has a separate entrance. The spa will be available soon at the end of April and the (heated) pool will be ready for mid-May free of charge. Breakfast with local products 7 euros/pers. and spa are to be paid on site
