Grocery store 2 km. 3.6 km to Färjestaden. 3.8 km from the Öland bridge.

A rural and cosy cottage on Öland. With its own patio, barbecue, pergola and views of the meadows. For 5–6 guests, a separate guest house with sleeping space for two is included. The cottage is located on the edge of our private garden – sometimes you can see us from a distance, but we respect your stay. Totally renovated in old-fashioned style with a bedroom and small sleeping loft. 1000m to the water and 9 minutes to Ölandsbron. Close to nature & city centre. Note: Low ceiling height (2 m) in bedrooms and bathrooms. No separate living room – only what you see.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful newly renovated home of 110 sqm. Located about 300 meters from the sea and with walking distance to the beach. There is a large patio on the untouched back with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and dishes for 12 people. Öland Zoo and Coop are 12 minutes from the property. Takes 14 minutes to Färjestaden where more grocery stores and shopping centers are located. It takes about 1 hour 15 minutes to Böda sands camping. Please bring own linen and towels!

In a lush secluded location, yet central and close to Öland's nature, playground and shop, you will find our wonderful cottage. It has a lot of the old charm left, but many parts are renovated. On the property, there is a gazebo and several other natural patios with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. The guest house has a living room and a bedroom with up to four beds and a bathroom with shower.

Sit back and relax in this elegant accommodation. In the cabin, there is the opportunity to enjoy beautiful surroundings and follow the sun at all hours of the day. With 2km to the beach, you can also enjoy a swim in Kalmarsund. Near to locally produced crops and sometimes even self-picking of strawberries☀️ About 3km to central Färjestaden you will find the harbour, restaurants and shopping. The house was built in 2024 and has everything you need to relax and have a wonderful holiday stay❤️🙏
