Welcome to a genuine Swedish cottage from the late 1800s, beautifully located in Sävast between Luleå and Boden. Surrounded by a river, forest and open fields, it offers a peaceful and natural stay. The cabin has been carefully renovated with modern comforts for both holidays and work. Access to a sauna and exercise facilities on the property. Only a 5-minute walk to the ski trail, river and bus. A 15-minute walk to the grocery store and a 15-minute bus ride to the town centre and train station. The airport can be reached in 40 minutes.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Enjoy the lovely nature around the house. Take a swim from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna by the sea. Take a ride on the boat. Cook over an open fire. Visit the sea bath, cozy summer café or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dog sleds not far from the house. Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property. Välkomna till Casa Alice. Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta boende. Poolen är öppen 15 juni - 7 september. Under vintern, 15 oktober - 15 maj finns inget rinnande vatten i stugan. Vi lämnar 70 liter vatten i stugan vid ankomst. Vi tar emot maximalt 4 gäster under de kallaste vintermånaderna. Stugan är till salu.
