Firstly the terrace has an amazing 360 view! and was really big. Really nice apartment, spacious and clean. With a Modern bathroom. The area its self is close to the center, but safe and quiet at the same time. Super chilled vibes. Felt safe coming home at night, and a lot of upmarket style cafes around. The host was really nice and friendly, and was there when needed, but you’re also left you to your privacy. Over all I would recommend this to everyone, I have only good things to say

Hanane is a very welcoming host, the accommodation was very clean, faithful to the photos, well located and very well-equipped. apartment completely as described and rented all the conditions were met,not very far from the airport,we really find all that we need close to the apartment in 20 minutes you are in Tunis city and as for the beaches of Tunis, la marsa or sidi bousaid not very far by taxi for a few dinard in clear not really the time to get bored,a big thank you to lili and his family who were really welcoming all the time available and responsive they inform you and guide you if necessary I recommend lili not 100% but 200%.

Dar Chams is a very beautiful, freshly tastefully renovated, house. It is very spacious – it has 2 living rooms, 2 double bedrooms and another single bedroom, 4 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a roof-top terrace with a beautiful view of the medina. It is very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. It is located in a very beautiful and central corner of the medina, with easy access to several nice cafes, restaurants, shops, the souk, and other major sites. Lotfi is an amazing host, very generous, friendly, and eager to help. Communication with him was very easy: he was always available and replied promptly. Lotfi was very flexible with the check in and check out times. He also generously invited us to delicious breakfast and dinner. We had a wonderful time at Dar Chams and with Lotfi, and we hope to come back soon. Highly recommended!
