All the finishes are top of the line, and make you feel as if you’re in complete luxury at every turn. Sunlight in every room, spacious yard and plenty of balcony space on the top levels. You won’t find better in Tunis. My family and I are truly in love with this home. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The location is simply unbeatable, with stunning views of the sea and the mountains. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. If you're looking for a haven of peace with a breathtaking scenery, this is the place!

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable and spacious house. It is beautiful, clean and tidy. Youssef's mother gave us a very warm welcome and farewell; Youssef himself was always ready to communicate before and during the trip. The view from the terrace is wonderful, the backyard is cosy in the evenings when having a barbecue. The garden is a peaceful oasis with lots of herbs, fruit trees and flowering shrubs. In the kitchen you find all equipment needed. Beautiful beaches are nearby, within an hour's drive (+/-) you can reach Bizerta, Ghar el Melh, Tunis or Sidi Bou Said/La Marsa/Catharge. A perfect location for a great holiday (car recommended). Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful family home.

Great stay for our toddlers and us! The upper terrace is not safe for kids, but you don’t even care about it as you walk straight to the beach through the forest: just amazing! Went winter time, but can’t wait to discover summer time!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely well-equipped house. The breathtaking view of Raf Raf's iconic rock is simply beautiful. The outside is very pleasant and well furnished. We will come back without hesitation!

I can’t explain how amazing these people are. They looked after me so well. Offered me drinks, dinner. The house was amazing and looked better than the pictures. They let me host a small birthday gathering for my girlfriend which I was so appreciative of. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this place again. The food was amazing. The house was so clean and there was everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough I would highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Dream Villa hosted by The Landlord. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome package set the tone for a memorable visit. The hosts were fantastic—super professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had, which made us feel truly taken care of. The villa itself exceeded our expectations, especially when we discovered there were 4 suites instead of the 3 mentioned, perfectly accommodating our family's needs. The space was luxurious, spacious, and meticulously clean, offering everything we could have wished for and more. Expect a clean place and a very welcoming host. The pool and the garden are nice and common parta are well arranged.

The house is lovely. The top floor has been remodeled and looks wonderful. The ground level floor, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and dining room were lovely. Kitchen cabinets need work - they were damaged. A few small things ... the small coffee pot that uses pods didn't work, the basement level was unusable due to smell of fresh paint(it was fine the day before we left) and we could have used more towels. An extra set of keys would have been helpful. Otherwise - extremely quiet and peaceful area and very spacious home. Thank you Tarek.

Mrs. Souad est was just BEAUTIFUL humanly and professionally! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived! Sumptuous villa, bright cleanliness, very impressive design of the villa with the round stay overlooking the pool and fireplace and the well-crafted spiral garden and trees. What can I say... The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos and description... Our stay was perfect... Amel and her husband were very attentive, very responsive and above all of incomparable kindness. They even prepared the pool for us even though it wasn't the right time. A very big thank you to our hosts! I recommend it 1000%...

The villa is absolutely beautiful and well stocked. It is peaceful and liveable, and we really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, using the grill and dining al fresco by the pool! The view is spectacular and the area is peaceful. However getting there is a bit of an adventure- I recommend stocking up with food and drinks before you arrive, and planning to relax and enjoy the seaside/pool/peace without having to leave for much. And until the road is finished, be prepared for a bumpy drive in. But it is worth it for the destination :) Also, the Utica ruins are not too far, and definitely worth seeing while in the area!

A beautiful villa located in a very quiet and soothing location 10 minutes from Bizerte by car. Responsive, available and pleasant host. An amazing pool (with colorful light at night) and a green area worthy of the name, very well maintained. We had a great time and will happily return to this sublime villa.
