Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Welcome to my modern and lovingly maintained apartment! It is important to me that guests know what to expect before booking. The apartment is quiet, everything is bright, modern and lovingly furnished. You can relax on the loggia and let the day come to an end. Tram 31 is about 20 m from the main entrance and takes you to • to U6 (Floridsdorf) • to U2 & U4 (Schottenring) Stammersdorf is connected to the city centre in about 25–30 minutes by public transport.
