Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. This self-contained guest suite features 1 master BDRM with en-suite, 1 double BDRM, a separate bathroom, a cosy lounge, a kitchenette, and a secluded outdoor area. Air conditioning/heating system. Netflix and unlimited WiFi included. It is on the ground floor of our family home with your own separate access & decking. Parking for ONE car on our driveway; there are also free off-street parking. Please no smoking/vaping on the property, you can smoke outside by the street. No parties allowed.
