Apartment holiday rentals in Birch Run

This apartment was perfect for me. I was in town for work and the location was great! Near where I needed to be every day, easy walk to cute downtown Auburn Hills, and access to the Clinton River Trail is about a block away. Plus the apartment had all the amenities I was looking for. I would definitely book Jared's place again.

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

my grandson and family were ones staying there and I know that as far as place was concerned it was as described. I know there were issues with the wifi but believe it was resolved.

Aura’s loft is beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful amenities. We loved being surrounded by so many happy houseplants, particularly in February.

Cindy’s place was great and she was very accommodating as we were towing a trailer. She made sure to have a place for us to park and greeted us when we arrived. Very convenient location at a fair and reasonable price. I will stay again without hesitation.

Great place to stay. Very homey, felt very comfortable. Loved all the decor, beds were very comfortable. Very clean & lots of extras that are not usually included at some other places. I would gladly stay again. Karin responded to any questions promptly. Only thing that I would suggest is the shower, kind of complicated.. Thanks again Karin!

Great stay. I was looking to be in this neighborhood while visiting family nearby. The place was just what I needed: Good WiFi for work, well supplied kitchen, and comfortable for sleep. Host was communicative and helpful. I will certainly return when in town again. Be advised, the listing is accurate about there being stairs. It was totally fine for me, but be careful if you have anyone with limited mobility.

We really enjoyed staying at Kevin's place. We were in Midland for an event at the Midland Center for the Arts, & it was so close, we could have walked there if it hadn't been 20 degrees! And it was perfect for us and another couple, we each had our own living area, & could easily communicate as needed. The house was beautifully decorated with lots of art & other interesting table pieces. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to the Midland area. Thanks Kevin, we had a great time at your property!

We loved it! We showed it off to all the other out of town friends and relatives. A real hidden gem!

Had a great stay, dog friendly and super clean. We only really slept there so we didn’t get to use the hot tub but wished we could! Across the street from a very nice winery and close to shopping. Had a very nice experience overall.

Spent a beautiful Christmas in the balcony suite. Had all the space and amenities of home. We were able to make an entire Christmas dinner as well as get a beautiful view of all the Christmas lights from our windows. Space was just as described and it could not have been more cozy with the winter season. Would happily stay here again any time!

This place was perfect for our visit to family in the area. The proximity to downtown meant that we could walk to coffee and breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the street was quiet. I hadn't noticed the hot tub in the listing, and it was a pleasant surprise. Dana was very helpful and communicated well. The shower temperature was challenging to get right - that was the only minor inconvenience. This is a comfortable place for one person or a couple. The kitchen is small but adequate for storing a few items and heating up a soup or loaf of bread.

I stayed for a long time on a business trip. The house is private and convenient. There is nothing lacking in living alone. It also has a very good cost-effectiveness. I was very happy to stay at Carmen's house. Carmen is kind and considerate. The only drawback was that the bedroom had strong sunlight, which wasn't a big problem for me. Thank you!

Katie's place was so cute and cozy. I wish I was able to stay longer. Katie was very understanding and accommodating! Can't wait to stay here again.

My husband and I planned a trip to see Frankenmuth and have a Bavarian Thanksgiving. We didn't want to pay $250 to stay in town so I found this charming little air BNB which was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I was in the mood for Christmas and Frankenmuth is the town for it my husband and I really enjoyed the unique decor in the Shabby chic suite where we stayed two nights. The hardwood floors and chic and rustic decor was super pleasing to the eye. we enjoyed sitting back and relaxing in each room. They also had a retro fridge which was delightful. We went to the Bavarian Inn for Thanksgiving and enjoyed an amazing wine pairing dinner at station 100, best wine of my life. We enjoyed the Christmas decor downtown and it didn't have to end when we got back to our air brb where they really decked the halls. It was like home base for Santa and his reindeer which were displayed in front of the house along with beautiful lights and Christmas trees light up all over. Spectacular!

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

Have stayed here multiple times while visiting the Flushing area. Great location to downtown. Easy parking, walkable. Each unit I’ve stayed in has its own unique charm. Super clean, safe and quiet. I’d highly recommend!
