⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great time in this apartment! The location is ideal, close to everything: the city center is within walking distance and Oran is only a 5 minute drive away. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. The space was clean, well-equipped, and as described. The bed was very comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the balcony with its beautiful sea view. Communication with the host was seamless and responsive. We would highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to return!

Incredible house, good location, not even 5 min walk to get to the beach, several small shops nearby. Hot water, functional air conditioning, Wi-Fi, nothing to say frankly. Thanks again for this wonderful little stay

We had a great stay with family, the house was better than its description, spacious, clean, very convenient, very comfortable and well suited for a group of friends or a large family, nicely decorated, equipped with essentials, located in a quiet area and close to a beautiful beach 🏖️ The pluses of Casa Maria are its beautiful well-maintained vegetation and its pool that made the joy of young and old. A big thank you to Ismail for her welcome and to Noureddine for the good communication and kindness, very concerned for the well-being of her tenants. We'll be happy to go back!!

This place is a real gem we wish we could have stayed longer . It was very clean and the bedding very comfortable. It smelled very good when you arrived and Faiza is an extremely kind and helpful lady we recommend ++++. Both adults and children felt at home. A perfect stay! The apartment is large, very beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean. We feel really good there. The hosts are incredibly kind, I've never seen anything like it! Very available, helpful, caring… a real pleasure. The building is secure, there is a garage in the basement, which is very convenient. And even the caretaker is lovely and very helpful. Honestly, everything was perfect. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Beautiful apartment, good location, with shops, restaurants… I didn't miss anything in this accommodation, it is super clean and well laid out. Kader is accommodating and very friendly, he responds quickly to questions. It is a private accommodation with caretakers and a double elevator. I always had a place to park at the bottom of the building. I really enjoyed my stay in Oran.

The host Reda is very welcoming, friendly, available and attentive to our requests. He can be easily reached if needed. The apartment is very nice and close to shops and restaurants. The stay went very well and I will rent this apartment again without hesitation.

Really a very nice stay in this apartment which is just amazing the location, the cleanliness, the decor, the facilities, beautiful view of the sea, the little touches that do the most ( coffee, drinks, snacks, shower gel, clean towel etc.) everything is together.
