Such an amazing experience! Beautiful place to stay! Perfect walking distance to restaurants, shops, bus stations, etc. Tracy was the perfect hostess, and the accommodations were exactly what we were hoping for. The private outdoor sitting area was much appreciated! Amenities were just as described. The washer and dryer were a life saver! Thank you, Tracy, for sharing your space with us!

We had a perfect short break and could chill inside the apartment, on the patio area and explore on foot from the property enjoying walks by the sea and restaurants in the evening. All enhanced by wonderful weather!

This couldn't have been any easier. The barn is small but perfectly formed with everything two people could need for a short stay. But it's also been very thoughtfully decorated and kitted out, with lots of touches that make it feel loved. Although it's in the back garden it's completely private, and it was nice to be able to check in from 3 and not vacate till 11. We know the Island well, and nothing is a long drive away, but we liked being a short walk from a pub and a corner shop. Very convenient for the Portsmouth ferry and for the hovercraft or fast cat at Ryde. Thanks for a nice place to stay and the care that's gone into creating it.

A very delicate place perfect for a short break. It is at walking distance to the beach, and the whole community is really peaceful and quiet. The room has everything that I needed, from hair dryer to umbrella. The snacks in the fridge were surprising. The hot water for showering is really chilling. Also, Samantha the manager was really helpful, warm, and supportive. Overall, this is an experience beyond my expectation. Definitely will recommend it to others who want to travel to Portsmouth
