The place is very comfortable and accessible, making it easy to get around. It’s also a perfect spot if you need a quiet environment to focus—great for reviewing or working. Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully arranged. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Ms. Gee provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. She was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable . The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. This cozy surpassed our expectations, perfect family-friendly spot. Me and my husband super love the place and we had a wonderful stay. Our trip to Manila was extremely convenient, memorable and unforgettable because of the great place. The unit was as describe, very clean with the terrific view of Manila bay. Everything was perfect and we wish to be back. Great deal, great place, stunning view and the area has everything you need- near the Robinsons Mall with lots of restaurants and convenient stores around plus easy access to anywhere you wanna go.

Our recent stay at this unit was a wonderful experience. The condo unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, quiet but still accessible to nearby spots like Rizal Park, Intramuros, and a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. The building itself is secure, with courteous guards and staff who made us feel welcome. We appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process. Lastly, the host, who speaks cebuano, was accommodating and considerate.

This was an overall great experience. recommended for groups or families. The instructions were clear, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. I especially liked the interior design, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. Overall, an outstanding stay!

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

My friends and I stayed here for our boards exam (5 pax). The host was very responsive and accommodating to our queries prior to booking. The location is really convenient and accessible to the testing site, and the neighborhood has convenience stores, drug stores, and restaurants nearby. Self-check-in and check-out was easy. The unit itself was as advertised in the photos. It was spacious and clean when we arrived. The area was also quiet, away from the city noise, so it was perfect for our stay. We loved our stay, and we definitely recommend this place!

Second time staying at Marichu's place. Marichu is one of my highly recommended host and property. Place is true to what you see in the pictures and how it is described.

The unit is what you expected. We adore their kitchen as it provided a lot of space. We also love how homey the unit feels. We arrived to a spotless and fresh unit, which we truly appreciate. The space was also big enough to accomodate us and their airconditioning unit ensured that all corners were cool enough. For us, the selling point were their huge bathrooms, their comfortable beds and sofa, and again, their kitchen! Overall, we would love to stay here again! This unit was worth every cent! As well as the very responsive hosts and co-hosts. Thank you for letting us stay!

Really a great find 💯 The unit is very nice and we love the minimalistic design. Great location also so its easy to find and near on supermarkets and transportation. My friends and I had a great stay and enjoy the amenities like the karaoke. Overall, very worth the price and the host is very accommodating. Thank you so much 😊🙌

Had a great stay. The place was spotless and was just as pictured in photos. Convenient walking distance to Greenbelt and restaurants, highly recommended!

Looked exactly like the pictures! Loved the care they put in making the place amazing 🤩 developers of the condo arent that friendly with guests tho but that isnt the host's fault. Just personally dislike SMDC's guest policy but thats just my opinion 🙂‍↕️ everything else is 10/10 would come back again!

Absolutely stunning Airbnb with the best modern and luxurious setup ever. Everything was in top condition and looked exactly like the photos—so clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The reclining couch and soft mattress were my personal favorites—pure comfort! The aircon was perfectly cold, and we couldn’t get enough of the amazing view. The whole unit felt so exquisite and thoughtfully designed. We also enjoyed the PS4, and the mini grocery was super convenient. Hosts were kind, responsive, and very hands-on. 10/10 experience—highly recommended!
