A quiet house 15 minutes from the airport and with all the shops nearby: what more could you ask for! The house perfectly matches its description, and is perfect for a group vacation. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, the pool is large as well as all the outdoor space. The inside of the house is properly equipped, however it is missing some basic amenities (salt / pepper / oil...) to facilitate check-in and prevent each tenant from acquiring them. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay, thanks to the Villa Plus team!

Marta and her family are super welcoming, and we offer great places in the neighborhood. The apartment is conveniently located in the historic center, which allows you to do everything on foot

Casa Agnes was a cozy three-story home with everything I needed for a long weekend stay in Mahon -- the kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped, and it was nice to be able to do laundry with the washer and dryer. The host was always quick to respond, and the house was a short walk away from shops, restaurants, and the main bus station!

We spent 4 weeks in this house with 7 month old baby. The house offered everything we needed for our stay - very clean, well equipped and we felt the love that went into decorating this place. Especially the garden and the terrace were great for our child to play outside and for us to enjoy our morning coffee. Big thank you especially to Claudia for organising a crib for us. In general the communication with Claudia was super easy, informative, proactive and very fast. Additionally we made use of the offer to get a cleaning fresh up, which was extremely well organised, super thorough and affordable. Thank you very much for a wonderful time. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Binimares!

Functional and very pleasant apartment. We loved the rooftop terrace with exceptional panoramic sea views, it was a real treat! Santi is a responsive and available host. We highly recommend this place in a very quiet and soothing neighborhood. Being without a car ,S algar is an off-center village so you have to organize with the few buses,a rental car will allow you to do more things.

Everything was amazing! The host was very attentive, the room was incredible and super clean. Will definitely be back!

What a lovely stay we had. The house is both comfortable and practical—good beds, plentiful bathrooms, lots of empty drawers and closets to unpack into, and the kitchen well stocked with useful cooking tools and all that we needed. The backyard is an absolute paradise. It was hard to pull ourselves away from the comfy lounges around the pool and the gorgeous garden setting to head out to all that Menorca has to offer. We especially enjoyed the outdoor eating table for meals in the shade. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood, with the sea just a short walk down the street, and close to several beaches and nearby towns for restaurants and shopping. And such a kind and responsive host. I highly recommend this gem. We hope to be back soon.

Very professional, super fast and friendly communication. All requests were met. We were also very pleased with the check-in/check-out times. The furnishings, e.g. the kitchen appliances and utensils, are very high quality. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. The property offers either sun or shade all day long, depending on your needs. Unfortunately, the entry into the pool is probably not yet definitively resolved, a ladder is missing or the entry depth must be reduced. Elderly and physically disabled people are currently having difficulty getting into the pool. I had stated in the assessment, but that only referred to the short-term neighbors, otherwise there is an impressive silence. If I could improve something in my description, it would be that the loungers in the outdoor area are adjustable and that seat cushions are available for the chairs. But all of this is high-level grumbling
