House holiday rentals in Binibeca

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

The major asset of this villa is undeniably Felix, who is very friendly, available, friendly, responsive and was able to offer us many things to do on the island. Son Bou, place of the villa, is 30 minutes drive from all the places on the island, it is very central. The villa itself is nice. On rainy days, there are many choices to take care of inside (swimming pool, foosball, gym...). The bedding is comfortable and we enjoyed the cabinets to store our belongings. Before Easter, not all shops are open, but there was the essentials (bakery, a few restaurant bars in Son Bou). The sunsets on the beach are beautiful and especially 10 minutes walk. The view from the terrace also allows you to contemplate them without walking. The kitchen is equipped and allows cooking with utensils such as strainer, whisk etc. There were my cleaning products available. In summary, a nice place to discover the island.

We had a great time at Chloë and Philippe's place. The house is large, bright and the decoration neat. The environment is very peaceful, the view is clear. Communication with Philippe and Chloë was very fluid and friendly! I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Flawless Villa! Kitchen is very clean, bedrooms and the beds are comfortable and easy to sleep on. The swimming pool is crystal clear. 100% recommend

We had a great vacation with my son. The season had not yet started at the end of April so it was very quiet and we were able to enjoy the paddle court and the pool area. A beautiful beach was nearby about 3 minutes to walk. The accommodation is even better in real life than in the photos. A little attention was there when we arrived which I enjoyed very much. Gabriele was very responsive to my messages and gave me lots of recommendations. I had an issue with my rental car and fortunately it helped me. It was a great vacation. If I come back to Menorca I would go back with my eyes closed!!

We had a lovely stay at Beatriz’s place. Lovely private garden, all the amenities you could need inside and the shared pool was also nice a quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Maripaz's cottage for six nights during our vacation in Menorca. We had a great time, the apartment has all the essentials (pots, plates, washing machine, etc.), ample indoor parking, swimming pool, a beautiful garden and is located in a very convenient location and very close to Mao airport. Finally, Maripaz is a very kind and helpful host. The only note is that the sofa bed can be a little uncomfortable to rest on despite a topper being provided to place on top. Overall, I recommend Maripaz's cottage also for its good value for money.

We had a very pleasant stay in this very well-equipped, comfortable accommodation (very good bedding), beautiful bathrooms and all carefully decorated. Our host was available, friendly, responsive, and had good advice. Location is very quiet. Access to small beaches on foot is a real plus. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance as well. We recommend it unreservedly and will be back with pleasure.

We spent 4 weeks in this house with 7 month old baby. The house offered everything we needed for our stay - very clean, well equipped and we felt the love that went into decorating this place. Especially the garden and the terrace were great for our child to play outside and for us to enjoy our morning coffee. Big thank you especially to Claudia for organising a crib for us. In general the communication with Claudia was super easy, informative, proactive and very fast. Additionally we made use of the offer to get a cleaning fresh up, which was extremely well organised, super thorough and affordable. Thank you very much for a wonderful time. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Binimares!

A lovely rustic, spacious and clean apartment right beside the sea. Amazing views, quiet village, away from the crowds with 2 good restaurants. Gloria, our host was always friendy and happy to help out if needed. We really enjoyed our stay in Sa Mesquida

We had the best stay at villa Victoria. the location is perfect with minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa had everything we needed, and was perfect for our group which Included two young kids. the pool cleaner came several times so the pool was always welcoming. Laura is a wonderful host and was very responsive to our questions and needs. Could not recommend this place enough and we hope to be back!

We had a wonderful vacation. The view is magnificent and having breakfast with the sound of the waves is an exceptional experience. Lots of services within walking distance: kayak rental, beach, restaurant, small supermarket, etc. The accommodation is clean and functional, the bedding is very good. We will be back!

We spent an unforgettable week in this beautiful home in Menorca. We are a family of a father and three young boys, and this house has exceeded all expectations. Spacious, cozy and with a magnificent garden and cared for in every detail, it immediately made us feel at home. It is clear that this house has been loved and cared for by a family before us and that it continues to do so with great dedication over time. Juanjo , the host, was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and postpone checkout, and gave us great tips for exploring the island. The super equipped kitchen was a real paradise for us who love to cook. We were able to prepare our favorite dishes as if we were at home, which we really appreciated. Our experience in Menorca was also made perfect thanks to this wonderful house. We look forward to coming back! also the beach is really close!

Kasa K was outstanding, beautiful villa with stunning outside space & pool area. easily walkable to shops, restaurants & beaches. Host is very responsive & helpful. If you want an amazing villa, in a gorgeous, peaceful part of Menorca, then Kasa K is for you!

This was our second stay in Antonio’s lovely house, he was there to greet us again on our arrival which was really nice. It’s such a beautiful location right on the crystal clear blue sea. We enjoyed snorkelling most days. This time we took the boat trips to the Quarantine and hospital islands in Mahon harbour which was fascinating. Having a restaurant next door is a bonus though also lovely to eat on the balcony looking out at the attractive whitewashed old fishing houses. We hope to return at the same time next year.

Great location of the house in Binibeca. Easy to park and get to the house. Clara was quick and very kind to respond to any questions or concerns during the stay. We'll do it again for sure if we return to Menorca!

The accommodation is as it appears in the photos. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need to stay there as long as you need. It has 2 parking entrances, although you can also easily park on the street without any problems (we went in May). Communication with the host was great, they always responded quickly. The villa was wonderful and is close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Andreu was an amazing host and the place was great. The view is incredible!

Difficult to find the right words to fully do justice to the absolute pleasure to have been a guest in Christoph and Irene's Villa Binivent with our three generational family group. The hosts could not have done more to be as friendly, helpful and proactive in all their communications. The Villa was beautifully furnished and comfortable with all amenities to a high standard and a great pool. A particular pleasure was to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down each evening after a visit to the Bambu Restaurant a stone's throw away. A great place to relax and recharge the batteries and would visit again in an instant. Congratulations to Christoph and Irene

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Javiers beautiful villa in Minorca, very well equipped and in beautiful condition throughout. Everything was spotlessly clean and Javier even left us a welcome gift of some beautiful pastries and doughnuts. Bathrooms fully stocked with toiletries and even toilet rolls. Only slight negative was the location of the airport and planes coming overhead, but not enough to spoil our wonderful stay. Thank you Javier

What a lovely stay we had. The house is both comfortable and practical—good beds, plentiful bathrooms, lots of empty drawers and closets to unpack into, and the kitchen well stocked with useful cooking tools and all that we needed. The backyard is an absolute paradise. It was hard to pull ourselves away from the comfy lounges around the pool and the gorgeous garden setting to head out to all that Menorca has to offer. We especially enjoyed the outdoor eating table for meals in the shade. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood, with the sea just a short walk down the street, and close to several beaches and nearby towns for restaurants and shopping. And such a kind and responsive host. I highly recommend this gem. We hope to be back soon.

Very professional, super fast and friendly communication. All requests were met. We were also very pleased with the check-in/check-out times. The furnishings, e.g. the kitchen appliances and utensils, are very high quality. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. The property offers either sun or shade all day long, depending on your needs. Unfortunately, the entry into the pool is probably not yet definitively resolved, a ladder is missing or the entry depth must be reduced. Elderly and physically disabled people are currently having difficulty getting into the pool. I had stated in the assessment, but that only referred to the short-term neighbors, otherwise there is an impressive silence. If I could improve something in my description, it would be that the loungers in the outdoor area are adjustable and that seat cushions are available for the chairs. But all of this is high-level grumbling

We had a delightful visit at Ulrike’s Binibequer Nou villa. The amenities were excellent. The pool was a refreshing asset and the bird life was so sweet. The house is on a private road and walking distance to the sea and charming restaurants. A great stay.
