The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. Large modern cabin with loft/loft living room. The cabin is peacefully located and you can drive all the way up to the door. There is a washing machine/dryer as well as dishwasher and freezer. Kitchen is well equipped with cups/tub/saucepans ol. 3 bedrooms with double bed and loft with sofa bed. Large terrace with outdoor furniture and fire pit. Located by the sea and by many great hiking/mountain areas in beautiful Helgeland.

The place is located in the historical part of Brønnøysund and the house is over 100 years old. About 300 m to the mall and 50 m to the lake. The apartment is located in parts of the 1st floor, bedroom 1 has a 120cm bed and bedroom 2 has a 150cm bed. The apartment has a living room in which there is also an opportunity to lie and a large bathroom. Small kitchens are shared by hosts and guests. The host lives upstairs.
