The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

Easy to find and clean house

This bnb was in a great location for us with easy access to a convenience store and a mall. We arrived to find the place clean and tidy, and Chenne was very friendly, always responsive and helpful. Lots of info was provided by the host about getting around the area by public transport which was thoughtful! As this can be difficult if you're unfamiliar with the area.

Marigold was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us to add 5 extra guests for only 2k for 3 days and 2 nights—such a great deal! The caretaker was very approachable, helpful, and easy to contact throughout our stay. The place itself is spacious, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it perfect for relaxation. What we loved most was the cozy ambiance. Plus, the location is convenient—there are nearby stores like Dali Grocery, Puregold, and 7-Eleven, all within walking distance, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you! We’ll definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The place was spacious, squeaky clean, and exceeded our expectations despite being a new listing. It was well-equipped with a complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including a rice cooker, kettle, frying pan, pot, and more. They also provided dishwashing soap and basic toiletries like towels, dental kits, shampoo, and soap. Additionally, its location is very convenient since it is near 7-Eleven and Uncle John’s, where you can easily buy emergency needs like water and other essentials. One of the best places to stay in Calamba. My family enjoyed the place. It was spacious and the rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool is big and the water is warm. Really warm which is good for muscle tension. The whole place felt like home. The caretaker, Kuya Richard is very friendly and accommodating. He’s very easy to contact. The place has a sort of doorbell that alerts the caretaker’s place. The host, Mr. Michael, is very responsive. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the place and he answered my questions promptly. Overall it was a relaxing staycation. Will definitely come back.

My family and I had so much great time with the place. They had everything that I am expecting from an airbnb. The host and her family were very nice, and very accommodating, the place is so clean and I loved those decorations that they made and that booklet was very helpful as it has the massage I am looking for, and I was able to book a home service massage from their trusted massage therapist, which was the best massage I had so far. This is the place I would like to visit again and would recommend to others.

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. I just couldn't sleep as neighbouring guests are on their Karaoke in wee hours & are so loud that is beyond control. Have a fabulous time everyone! Thank you Jennelyn & Neneng

Our stay was a nice getaway from the hustle and Bustle. Home was cozy and private and made our stay relaxing. Would stay again!

We had a great stay at this house! The entire home is even better than the posted photos. Elegantly designed, very spacious, complete and working furnitures and kitchenwares, and we enjoyed grilling at the rooftop/terrace! The house is in an exclusive subdivision with wide streets and an open area for basketball and tennis courts. It's also perfect for jogging and outdoor activities. I can say that this listing is very well worth it.

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.
