Monthly Rentals in Biltmore

PERFECT for my long term stay in Asheville. The Acorn is like a tiny home but with a huge deck and professional garden right outside the door. Randy is an excellent host. Kind, responsive and incredibly creative. Highly recommend his place.

Cute place! Loved the coffee/tea bar in the kitchen! The mattress was very comfortable & the bed linens were high quality. The updated features (matte black faucets, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, sound machines) coupled with the great communication, confirm that this host understands, and strives to achieve, genuine hospitality !! Water pressure in the (not en-suite) shower was weak🥲. You can hear people in the upstairs unit walking around… if you’re sensitive to noise like that, just be aware … Overall… this unit is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in with AIRBNB and we hope to come back again soon!

Very responsive and proactive to making sure this place was ready to stay despite the aftermath and interrupted utilities from the hurricane a week earlier. When the waterlogged street overwhelmed the HVAC drainage, they had it repaired promptly. They were available by cellphone text or call on two numbers through different carriers to ensure coverage, as well as AirBNB's own messenger service, and responded promptly to queries.

We had such a fantastic stay. I believe this is the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Our hosts were flexible and responsive, and took care of the one issue we had with the sink. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. The property was pristinely, clean and well cared for. Our only hiccup was someone coming by and asking for money, but that’s just a side effect of being in a city I suppose. This was still an absolutely lovely stay. Thank you so much. I hope we were good guests.
