Långsands gem

Welcome to this peaceful, newly built ecological accommodation in the middle of nature ❤️ Here you will find a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, water and coffee maker. There is a washing machine as well as a bathroom with shower. On the terrace outside the cottage there is a seating area 🙌 The property consists of two cabins: a fully equipped cabin with a 180 cm double bed and a 130 cm sofa bed and a small cabin next door with two 90cm beds (this one lacks running water 💧 Please note that this residence is not child adapted!

The lake house - boats, beach, sauna, dock and barbecue!

Create new memories in a unique home on a large south-facing promontory with panoramic lake view. With the canoe, boat or Stand Up Paddle on the fish rich Storsjön (70 km² and 150 islands). Late breakfast on the jetty. Swim privately from the jetty or by the small sandy beach after the sauna. Close to Högbo Bruk with mountain bike trails, canoe trails, paddle tennis, cross-country trails and large forests. 28km to Kungsberget's ski resort for slalom & cross country skiing, hiking, bear safari. Gävle town and Furuviks park. Motorboat available to hire.

A shelter located at the seafront on the lake Trösken There is a private patio and access hammocks and sun loungers Bathing jetty just below (which is sometimes shared with permanent residents) Close to Harnäsbadet, Furuviks park, fishing You can rent a rowboat from the Tröskensfiskeförening 7 min to Gävle center by train ,15 min by bus . On the farm, there are two happy retirees a few chickens and a dog It is close to swimming in Rullsand and a lot of activities in Älvkarleby

Unique home with pool table, movie projector, and pool. The pool is available June-August. Craving biomys? Here you see film in front of a 100”canvas with Dolby Atmos sound system. Sleeping on memory foam mattresses. Family with children? We lend a travel bed, toys, books - and slide to the pool. It has free parking and Wi-Fi. EV charging is available at the agreed price. Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The house is timbered in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from the death of the wastehouse when it was moved here. The decor is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy cabin in lush garden at Gavleån in Gävle

Cozy cottage in suterräng located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with combined washing machine and dryer. Bedroom in the ground floor one staircase down with shower and sauna and with exit to a large terrace with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transport. Gävle centrum is at 40 minutes walking distance through nice park area along the river.

Bror Stuga

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Watch the sun rise from the ocean right from the bed. Look out over the horizon and light a fire. The house is located directly on the beach, close to forest and walking paths. Proximity to several ski tracks in winter time. 45 min to Kungsberget. Walking distance to Furuviksparken during the summer. The house is converted in 2022 and in good condition. The view magical.

Cottage nearby sea and forest.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. Salongen

En liten stuga för er som vill besöka och bo nära Furuvik och Gävle. Det är gångavstånd, ca 1 km, till Furuviksparken och Furuviks tågstation. Ca 400m till busshållplats mot Gävle/Älvkarleby. Det finns gott om badplatser både i havet/Dalälven samt sjöar i närheten. En mysig nyrustad stuga med många bekvämligheter. Tänk på att ta med egna sängkläder och handdukar då vi ej tillhandahåller detta.
