Holiday rentals with a patio in Bijela

Absolutely amazing apartment with beautiful views of the bay and the mountain. Huge fig tree next to the bedroom window, so nice! It’s quiet, great light, not too hot as there’s no direct sun, and has an air-con. The apartment is stylish, super clean and very well equipped, has everything you need. Larisa gave great instructions how to find the place and was very helpful and caring. It’s self check-in which is very convenient. Melinje has a great beach which is 10 min walk from the apartment, clean and not crowded. Some great restaurants around, supermarkets, everything you need. The apartment is on the hill (hence the view!), so a bit of a climb, but nothing a regular person can’t manage, and Larisa tells you about it when booking. Would gladly book again!

Slobodan çok değerli ve nazik bir ev sahibiydi. Bizi çok güzel karşıladı. Karadağ ile ilgili internette olmayan yönergeler verdi. Ev fotoğraflardan daha güzeldi. Bir daha gitsek gönül rahatlığıyla hiç düşünmeden tekrar orada kalırız. Eğer Karadağ fikriniz varsa hiç çekinmeden burada kalıp seyahatinizin keyfini çıkartabilirsiniz.

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

Perfect little apartment. Compact and everything one could need was there. One of the few apartments with a washer/dryer - very important if you’ve been on the road for a while. Nespresso machine with some pods provided was a bonus. Definitely recommend it.

הייתי שם ללילה אחד, היה חשוב לjasna שמישהו יקבל את פניי ועל אף שהיה קשה למצוא הבת שלה ישבה בפתח הבית וחיכתה לראות אותי וישר בחיוך לקחה אותי לבית ואמרה לי שהיא גרה קומה מעל וכל מה שצריך היא תשמח לעזור. Jasna הגיעה והסבירה לי על המקום שכלל כל מה שתואר לרבות מכונת כביסה שממש הייתי צריכה. הדירה גדולה ומרווחת ומחולקת לחללים, הכול נקי ובריח טוב. יש מרפסת חיצונית עם חצר מטופחת. כלים לבישול ומטבח עם כל המכשור הדרוש. הרחוב בחוץ נמצא באיזור הפחות יוקרתי מה שהפך אותו לעוד יותר נעים עם חופים יפים ומקומות נחמדים לאכול בהם וטיילת שלא נגמרת. מומלץ מאוד.

This is a hidden gem, which surpassed our expectations. Our only regret is that we didn’t spend longer in this beautiful penthouse apartment. During our stay in Montenegro we stayed in 3 places and Tatijana’s place was our favourite. This place has so much going for it. It is very quiet and peaceful and has a pretty pebbly beach for swimming just over the road. It only takes approx 15 mins to drive to Kotor or Tivat. The outside terrace is truly magical with spectacular views of mountains and the Adriatic. It gives you sunshine and shade throughout the day. The pictures don’t do it justice. This apartment is modern, well laid out and finished to a high standard. It has everything you would ask for including 2 wonderful, helpful, obliging hosts. Thank you Tatijana and Sergio, we would love to return some time.

We had a wonderful stay at Larisa’s apartment in Montenegro. The apartment was very well maintained, spotless, and exactly as described — with a stunning view of the mountains and a well-kept swimming pool that made our time there even more relaxing. Its location is ideal, just a short drive from Kotor Old Town and the bay, making it a great base for exploring the area. It was perfect for a family stay — quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Larisa had provided all the necessary instructions in advance, including a clear and helpful instruction booklet in the apartment. Larisa was extremely attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to Olga for her proactive and genuine helpfulness throughout — it made a real difference to our experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Kotor area — it’s definitely worth it.

Our stay at Red Apartment Tajana was very nice, spacious and relaxing. The location was accessible to public transportation (Kotor, Old Town and Tivat), historical sites, post office, restaurants and markets. It was nice to wake up daily, look out the balcony and see the sea. Since the Airbnb is next to the Hyatt, about a day or two after arriving I heard music and someone singing. I told my son, wow, you can hear someone singing from the hotel. Little did I know that the host was the one singing. I have to say if that was his part-time job, do continue. It was a nice hearing him hit those high notes. Since we were there during the summer, I saw pears, pomegranates, and limes. I asked the host can I take some, he said yes. I did and everything was so fresh. The pears and pomegranate were sweet and limes amazing. Enjoyed fresh fruit daily. Overall, enjoyed our stay and will miss walking along the waterfront.

Trotz verspäteter Ankunft war Biljana noch vor Ort und hat auf uns gewartet. TipTop saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit schönem Blick vom Balkon. Restaurants und der Hafen selbst sind zu Fuß super erreichbar. Vielen Dank! Gerne Wieder!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit einen sehr schönen Ausblick! Ich würde es wieder mieten! Es war fantastisch! Andjela und ihr Personal waren alle sehr sehr freundlich! Kann es nur weiter empfehlen! War echt sehr schön ☺️

beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

Fantastic stay with one of the best hot tubs in terms of quality of the hot tub itself and the beautiful views from sitting within it. Comfortable bed. The walk into town is easier than the walk back, but there are plenty of taxis. The home is really well equipped with everything you need, including washing detergent for the washing machine, and the beer and wine were gratefully received too (thank you). The garden was a peaceful place to have a drink, a relax, and read a book. The outside table wasa great place to have an Al fresco meal. Communication with our host, Snezana, was good and helpful. If I come back to Tivat I will look to stay here again.

İlk defa yurtdışına çıkan 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak; evin konumu gayet güzeldi. Özel park yeri olduğu için kafamız rahattı. Kotor old citye araba ile gittik. Girişte bir sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi hanımefendi sorduğumuz her soruya hızlıca cevap verdi. Genel olarak gayet memnun kaldık

Sofia’nın evi görsellerdekiyle birebir, şahane bir manzaraya sahipti. Sofia her sorumuzu itinayla, kısa süre içerisinde yanıtlandırdı. Evin konumu merkeze 25 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Huzurlu 3 gün geçirdik orada. Çok memnun ayrıldık.

Wszystko było perfekcyjne! Właścicielka bardzo miła, pomocna i komunikatywna. Mieszkanie czyste, super wyposażone, z pięknym widokiem i prywatnym parkingiem. Bardzo polecam!

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

Goran çok iyi bir ev sahibi, sorunlarımıza çok hızlı sürede çözümler buldu. Dobrota'da çok uygun fiyatlı ve çok güzel bir evdi. Bir dahaki gelişimde düşünmeden konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer.

Nice clean apartment with all necessities. parking is after a steep and narrow slope so drive carefully.

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Svetlana and Milan are very warm, smiling, and hospitable people. We felt welcome from the first to the last moment of our stay. We were received so kindly with coffee and homemade juice with an amazing view on the water. Learned a lot about Montenegrin history. Room exactly as in pictures. We slept very well. Air-conditioning and internet work as they should. Easy communication. Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist bezaubernd. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Schnelligkeit des WIFIs könnte verbessert werden

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘

Ce séjour chez Nikola était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois proche de la mer et des villes côtières aux alentours. Nikola nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et nous le remercions. La maison est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la grande terrasse pour manger c’était très agréable et surtout très calme :) Il y a également un parking gratuit et des petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et bars. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et reviendrai avec plaisir :)
