Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Situated on the first floor of the newly built house, modern and well furnished, this apartment is ideal holiday home for up to 3 people. It gets plenty of natural light, has own parking, TV and quality Wifi. This fully equipped studio comprises open - plan kitchen, dining and sleeping area, a bathroom and a terrace. There is a double bed and sofa that converts into a second single bed if needed. This perfect place is located right next to the main road E65 and only 200m from the beach .

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

There is a nice sandy beach right in front of the house and a big green backyard with shade on the other side of the house. It is close to Airport Tivat (25min by car/bus) , to the historical Unecso heritage town of Kotor (30min by car/bus.15min by boat), to the old museum-town of Perast (15min by bus/car), to the beautiful town of Herceg-Novi (15min by car/bus). This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay.
