Welcome to B&B on Mountain Lane, your cozy retreat nestled in the heart of Banff. This private walkout basement suite is conveniently located only minutes away from Banff’s downtown, Sulphur Mountain, and the Banff Spring’s Hotel & Golf Course. In addition to the beautiful mountain views from our private hot tub and sauna, the spacious suite features one primary bedroom with a king bed, an open living room with an indoor fireplace, twin-size bunkbeds and a pullout couch, and one full bathroom.

BEFORE REQUESTING TO BOOK Please fill out your guest profile. The Ugly Bunny is a 1 bedroom fully contained suite located on the lower level of our mountain home. The suite includes a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction hot plate, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The separate bedroom has a KING sized bed, the living room has a queen sized pull out and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The living room is cosy and inviting with a wood burning fireplace and upright piano.

Relax, Rejuvenate & Recreate in this purpose-built, scenic suite. Enjoy the thoughtful interior amenities; heated bathroom tiles, Jotul gas fireplace and incredibly comfortable & cozy King bed. The suite's extra-large main window frames the majestic CDN Rocky Mountains, visible from bed, the sofa and granite bar counter. The private, rooftop moutain view deck is a micro-Nordic Spa with a cedar barrel wet sauna, cold plunge (non-winter), heated hammocks, sectional couch & firetable.

The Bow Modern Suite- Park Pass included

New home with a completely separate walk-out basement suite. We can accommodate 4 people, and a 5th in a single sized cot, some pets welcome for a fee. National Park pass provided, but must be requested & returned prior to check-out. The suite is a fully stocked modern retreat, that is a short three minute walk through the nature reserve to the beautiful Bow River. Only a 10 minute drive to Canmore, 30 minute drive to Banff, and to Kananaskis Country. DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO.26/24.

The best central location, and you can leave the vehicle at the backyard! It is a two bedroom basement apartment. The town of Banff allows us to host up to 5 people. Let us welcome you to our favourite area of Canmore! A 5 min drive from down town will bring you to our quiet cabin home, away from the noisy traffic. You will have a newly renovated BNB suite to yourself. You are also welcome to relax on the deck, have a fire in the back yard, and if you feel like taking in some fresh mountain air and amazing views , our yard steps right out onto the famous Bow River Trail as well as several forest walking trails.

Enjoy your private suite surrounded by beautiful mountains, hiking trails and river pathways. Location is close to both provincial and national parks as well as a 5-10 minute drive to fantastic restaurants and shops in Canmore. The suite is clean, bright, brand new and fully equipped with a king size bed, full kitchen, laundry and outdoor space to enjoy a BBQ and propane fire pit. The pop up double sofa bed is perfect for one adult or 2 children.

Our Panoramic Suite is a bright and airy space with a whopping 17 windows facing the Rundle mountain range with spectacular views. The suite has a private entrance, bedroom with gas fireplace, ensuite bathroom, wet bar, and patio with sitting area. We are located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighbourhood with walking trails along the Bow River leading to downtown Canmore in a delightful 15-minute stroll. For 2025, there is no cleaning fee!

Nestled in the Rocky Mountains just east of Banff and minutes from Canmore you can inhabit this Den all to yourself. The den supplies you with all the BEAR necessities you need and more. It is equipped with a king bed, sofa bed, cozy robes, fireplace, wifi, book sharing library, TV, games and more. To make your stay both unique and memorable, we do our best to introduce you to local delicacies such as Rocky Mountain Soap.
