No parking in the garage, it's a mud room The second bedroom upstairs is detached from the house with outside steps, and is closed during the winter season due to snow and ice in the stairs from 11/15 to 3/15. Pets cannot be left unattended in the home during the day, no fence yard.

Our home has its own beach, and newly remodeled main floor. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer available, as well as a dock.

Located in the Creston area, East of Kalispell, with thousands of acres of prime rich farmland. I live next door in a refurnished 1895 Victorian style farm house. Included in the price is 7% taxes.
