Underground garage parking for one vehicle and close to Happy Valley overflow parking for extra vehicles. Steam Shower and heated bathroom floors. Private Hot Tub and BBQ on Balcony. Remote work area in living room. There are laundry facilities in the Unit. Suite has newer updated furnishings and has lots of natural light due to the large windows.

The private deck has a 6 person hot tub for your use. This townhouse is all set up with cable TV, Wifi, a Wii system and board games. We also have a book and puzzle exchange.
