Great View and Weather!

I had a nice stay at Abby's place. It had everything I needed while I looked for apartments. Abby was very kind and even gave me lemons and grapefruits from her trees.

I stayed for 3 months and couldn’t have been happier with my choice to stay here. Close to downtown, amazing food all around. The gate in front and the fact it was at the very end of a cul de sac made the place feel extra private. Would definitely recommend!!

Debra’s place was great. She was easy to communicate with and gave very good instructions for checking in and out of her home. Her guidebook with local recommendations was fabulous. We loved the coffee shop two doors down and the Thai food place was also great.

This villa was wonderful for a girls trip. We loved how spacious and beautiful the property was.

Our entire Airbnb stay was a fantastic beach getaway for our family. The home was exceptionally spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The kids especially enjoyed cozying up by the fireplace each night. I loved that we could cook breakfast together, with the kids eating at the counter, and then enjoy more formal dinners in the dining area. Being just a quick 10-minute drive from Pismo Beach meant we never felt rushed—we could easily come back for a midday break and return to the beach later. The property was clean, convenient, and surrounded by beautiful scenery, with ample space for everyone. The billiards table was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable.

This is a unique house with a gorgeous view. The house is located on a private road about half way between the coast and Paso Robles, which was perfect for our itinerary of visiting Hearst Castle and Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. Gil was very helpful when we arrived showing us the features of his beautiful house.

The home was clean and very spacious. I was concerned about the cold weather but the house was so cozy. The pool was so close to us and very clean. The hot tub was wonderful. I loved that the home was so close to the water and we could hear the waves crashing. Everything about the home was amazing.

Great place to relax and unwind. This is a very peaceful and private setting with plenty of room and ample parking.

We were up for a wedding in Monterey with 10 adults sharing the house, Nick's place was perfect for what we needed and the location/views are amazing. The decor is a little dated but the functionally was there, Nick communicates really well and I think you'll enjoy the serenity of his house.

This is our second visit to Aterno Estate and Vineyard. We have not only enjoyed a wedding at the vineyard, but most recently celebrated a milestone birthday with friends. We can’t say enough about how special this place is… from the beauty of the house to the loveliness of the vineyard. Every morning we watched the sunrise over the hills, and even on the one day it rained we were rewarded with glorious double rainbows. Aterno Estate is centrally located and we enjoyed days trips to San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Cambria and Cayucos and other fun stops all along the way. While there were many wonderful places to dine nearby, we also enjoyed the opportunity to cook in a very well appointed kitchen with everything we needed for gourmet meals. The pantry was provisioned with all the basics making our meal preparation a breeze. Nothing was overlooked to make this one of our most memorable celebrations. It was easy to find, check in was a breeze… communication with the host was excellent.

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The host was responsive and easy to work with, and the resort itself is stunning—perched above the water with incredible views. The home was spotless inside and out, and everything worked exactly as it should. We honestly wished we didn’t have to leave. It was the perfect place for us to escape the grind of unending obligations and just relax. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like; if we had one small wish, it would be for all three TVs to be smart TVs. We’ll definitely be booking this same place again the next time we’re in the area.

Great home with gorgeous views of the redwoods!! We were all confused as to why there was no dish soap or trash bags to use, but it had everything else!!

The best part of this place was the room in the back. It really was like an Executive Director suite. So of course my ED took advantage and took the room for himself. lol. We appreciate the extra blankets and we each had our own room.

The house has a beautiful view, bathroom is really big and nice. owner is easy to communicated. I love my experience.

Beautiful neighborhood. Many walkable trails and parks with access to the Bay Trail. House is large and comfortable (great beds) and spotlessly clean. Large private backyard and very close to the tennis/pickle ball courts and pool. Only complaint is that the kitchen was not well stocked for our two week stay. We needed to borrow cooking implements and equipment from our son who lives in the area. But overall, a wonderful property and would not hesitate to return.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and loved how close we were to the pool and trail to the beach. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the games available for our kids. Would definitely love to stay here again.
