Holiday rentals with a patio in Big Bear

Would highly reccomend, heres my pros and cons +Place was really nice +++ 2 minute walk from the slopes + at a good pricepoint in comparison to the other places nearby. + clean + quiet area -outdoor parking (put chains on your car beforehand if you know you need to leave the next day in snowy weather) -somewhat hard to find in the complex -floors are thin -heat is slow to turn on -master bed wasn't made

Great location and fair price. Easy to find and instructions were clear. Walking distance to snow summit. We were able to keep our car in the spacious shared garage. Warm, cozy, and spacious, the fireplace was a nice touch. Had everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit.

Walking distance to the slopes. You don't need to worry about parking. Perfect for a family vacation. We returned for lunch so we didn't have to wait at the restaurant. The apartment is clean and uncluttered. The host is very responsive, and accommodating. Recommend the space.

Great place with even greater potential!! The location is unbeatable, you can see the mountain, see people getting ready at the parking lot and it is 5-7 min walk to the lifts. The space is great, the rooms are spacious, there are two bathrooms and the kitchen is lovely. The place could use some love; it is very clearly an Airbnb and not a lived-in space, but it has everything you need. And again, the location is insanely amazing! We had a great stay (stayed with a 1,5 yo - this place is good for small children, FYI)

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Super nice lake front suit ! Stunning views , very calms and peaceful. Close to all amenities. They also have an entertainment daily schedule which was a surprise

Pictures don't do the place justice! From the first step inside to the amazing back yard we felt right at home! Had such a relaxing time and would recommend to anyone!!

We loved our stay at Marilyn’s home. It was clean and well stocked. Marilyn was quick to respond with any questions. My favorite thing about Marilyn’s home was the bright kitchen and large outdoor space. We enjoyed the BBQ, hot tub, and seating area around the gas fireplace on chilly mornings and evenings. My grandchildren were thrilled with all the games. They played board games, ping pong, foosball, and cornhole. My giant schnauzer was happy running and playing in the nice enclosed yard. It was a wonderful family getaway and for our next trip to Big Bear we would love to stay here again.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! This place was everything we hoped for and more. Tucked away in a beautiful wooded area, it felt like the perfect mountain getaway. The home was spotless, cozy, and well-appointed. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were just right for a great night’s sleep. The backyard was so peaceful and delightful, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub — such a treat after a day of exploring. The upper deck was a great spot to unwind, and the grill made it easy to enjoy meals outdoors. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need, which made cooking a breeze. The location is quiet and serene, but just a short drive to the shops and the lake in Big Bear. Communication with the host was smooth, and even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Josh was a great host and he was super helpful. The only issue we had was that the fridge was not turning on during the first night but he was quick to send maintenance over and everything was resolved super quickly. The home was beautiful and we were provided a clean and cozy place to stay. This was a 10/10 stay for our group!

If you are looking for a secluded cabin to enjoy a peaceful getaway, this is it! Your backyard are the enchanting woods, where we hiked with ease. We were able to capture breathtaking photos of the lake and snowy mountains on our hike. Picturesque views from the front deck, where we got to experience rain and snow fall which was fascinating. Sitting on the front deck with a cup of coffee, hearing the birds singing was serene. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in until we left, it truly was hard to say goodbye. The home had all the basic necessities you need and more. Me and my family had no complaints, other than having to take our own trash with us, but that alone will NOT stop us from coming back. We are homebodies, so we enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. We for sure know where to call home when we come back. Tessa is a superhost for sure. Thank you Tessa for opening your home to us!!

This was our 1st time using airnbn so overall it was an excellent choice definitely a place we'd come back to fur sure. Next to coffee shops and nice pathways to walk your dogs! We loved everything from start to finish. Easy check in, all was just as stated in ad, warm fireplace nice big jacuzzi tub bed fur 2 lol we brought our 2 lil pups also. We cooked and baked cookies watched netflix relaxed what a lovely little getaway thank you thank you!

I have to say, this AirBnb was the best I have ever stayed at. I travel a lot for work so I stay in a lot of AirBnb’s. This one was a mini vacation for myself and the family, but it was by far the cleanest and nicest one, and it’s next to everything literally walking distance. My family and I will be definitely booking this one every year when we go to Lake Arrowhead! Highly Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay for Memorial Day Weekend. This was our first experience renting a condo instead of a single family home, and the property felt safe & was family friendly. Our toddler enjoyed the pool house & having other kids around to play with which was a nice change for us. The location was a quick drive into the village and even on a holiday weekend did not feel crowded. The condo itself was nicely decorated with a modern touch, and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. I really enjoyed the large tub next to the fireplace in the downstairs room. There were plenty of clean fluffy towels for both bathrooms as well as the pool area. The kitchen had the basics to cook quick meals, and the open floor plan made hanging out while cooking enjoyable. We had a few hiccups upon checkin and the host was always responsive, kind, and did their best to accommodate a quick fix. We’d visit again!
