It had all the necessary amenities, which made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, adding to the overall sense of peace. A special mention to the host—extremely friendly and responsive throughout my stay. Any questions or needs were addressed promptly, and they made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and well-maintained stay! Would definitely come back.

Your flat is excellent. You were superb 5 star super-hosts. I loved the 2 caretakers monitoring the gate. The young lady running the little shop downstairs - my ever reliable duck egg supplier. So close to everything. So easy to find. Uber drivers and Zomato delivery men had no trouble finding it. Everything I wanted or needed was in some drawer somewhere in one of the rooms. Trash bags aplenty. Paper Clips, cello tapes, incense sticks, sockets and adapters - one thinks it, one finds it! Like tiny miracles. And then you had your library! Oh what a rich and eclectic collection of fiction and non-fiction, in English and in Bengali in one small tight little library. Beautiful-wonderful-memorable-and eclectic: a neat little package of bliss tucked away in Gol Park, walking distance to the lakes, swim clubs, sky high cafes, fishmongers and booksellers. Revisits penciled in on my calendar!

Great Stay in the heart of the city. Extremely responsive and proactive host in Subhas. Subhas sir was very friendly and went out of the way to receive us in very odd hours, and also allowed us to stay for more time. His knowledge about Calcutta and the culture and his local food knowledge is incomparable. OVerall great stay in Kolkata, and I highly recommend stay with Subha's sir's place

We were lucky to find out this gem in Kolkata and stayed here for three nights. A clean spacious & peaceful place at a pocket friendly price ! Stayed at Nandini’s place for a week with my pet … very peaceful & nice place … caretaker came every morning to check … nice & cosy place with a little garden for pets to move around. The best part was it's location - easily accessible from all the tourist spots. The place was very cosy and apt for a family stay. It just felt like another home! Amenities like, television, airconditioners, washing machine, Fully functional kitchen made us feel really comfortable. It had a few good restaurants and a cafe too at a walking distance. Easy delivery by Zomato and blink it. You could easily book a uber too. Also, the host was very responsive and we would definitely recommend this place to whoever visiting Kolkata next!

My daughter and I loved our stay in this charming old Calcutta home. Located in the heart of Gariahat with its wonderful market just a few steps outside the door, this guest house gives you an authentic Kolkata experience. We enjoyed a morning chai in little clay cup at a local street stall before heading off for breakfast at a cafe round the corner. We loved mooching round the market in the early evenings and then retiring to the guest house which is set back from the road and therefore surprisingly quiet given the central location. The guest house itself is a real taste of Kolkata. You have a simple kitchen but well equipped, two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ceiling fans and air conditioning will keep you cool in summer and there is plenty of hot water for bathing. You have good WiFi, TV, microwave and a fridge. The caretaker is on hand to greet you on arrival and arranges regular housekeeping. Don’t be tempted by a modern hotel. Try this. You wont regret it!

The Property is really beautifully maintained and higenic. Felt like home atmosphere and Pradeep is such a great host. highly recommended for the family with or without pets very near to airport and all amenities are available nearby.

My parents and I stayed at Prakriti's place for around 10days and never felt we were away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own food. For commuting, the metro station is also very accessible. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and Prakriti and the caretaker Montu da were always there. Thank you for your hospitality Prakriti. 💌
