The cottage has central a/c and heating, modern appliances, free unlimited wifi, wifi-enabled smart TV and offstreet parking.

Please note: the toilet is outside (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. No washing machine or dryer. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.
