Beloved cabin on the edge of the National Park. The Park starts where the deck ends. 100m to the beach on a direct bush track. You can hear the waves from bed, and with no buildings or streetlights between you and the park, the sky is a wonder at night. Perfect base for exploring or staying in. Uninterrupted views of the mountains, cosy living area with warm lighting and an efficient wood fire, simple kitchen, sunny bedroom, and a deck with a clear view of the mountains you've just climbed.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. The Overnight Pod meets the budget travellers needs.....clean, comfortable, well located and affordable. Don't expect to eat in (unless it's a takeaway pizza or local fish n' chips) as there are NO COOKING FACILITIES... just a bar fridge, a toaster and kettle. Please don't book if you want to cook! Muka in Akaroa. A quiet little surf shack set on the edge of Akaroa, in a sleepy cul-de-sac just minutes away from Beer Barrel beach and Peron Dunes. Built back in '72 a once seafoam green shack has undergone a loving restoration. Keeping some nostalgic touches, the barn doors and surfboard were made using the old bunk beds from the original shack, a light and airy space has been created to entertain friends and family, a home away from home.

Like Sheoakes, we have created numerous spaces to relax in and out of the sun, cold and wind! The cosy interior features a wood fire, new bespoke fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom.
