The house has a great location in the middle of the old town and a special charm

Lovely stay in a cool, clean space with a friendly, communicative host. Easy to get to with a car, plenty of free parking options. There were loads of things to do and see in the vicinity, whether on foot or by car, and we highly enjoyed our time there.

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

There were 6 of us in the place and it was a really nice time. The property has everything you need and the garden was a dream. We played a lot in the garden and grilled in the outdoor kitchen. We felt very welcome and did many beautiful things in the area. Thanks for the wonderful time.

I stayed for about a week in August with my family. We found the house clean and tidy. Nothing was missing! Nadia is a very friendly and helpful person. The area is very quiet and the location is favorable for visiting different areas of Istria.

Super sweet woman with top reception. Very involved with her guests. Really what you are looking for old-fashioned at a b&b. Nice basket of fruit in the kitchen is ready. Good tips for restaurants in the area for breakfast and dinner. Apartment wonderfully spacious. Then you do Stefania and girlfriend ( who was so sweet to do all translations😁)

Gašpar apartment was very big and comfortable super super clean i felt like home there, location was 20 minutes walk to city center and very quiet and peaceful location. Our Host Gašper and his wife they were very nice and friendly after check in he offered us nice coffee in garden and juice for our little son, we stayed there 5 nights and was perfect stay in can strongly recommend.

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! We had a fantastic time at Jure's apartment! The decor is very beautiful, all the equipment is present and nicely new. The view from the terrace to the salt marshes is amazing. Swear and her mom were responsive and warm, we would highly recommend staying at their place!

We were welcomed by the hostess very warmly and with good tips, so you could feel right at home. The location is very beneficial - by the sea you can either walk a very nice path into the old town or walk in the other direction to a really great and large beach. The apartment was satisfactorily cleaned and very spacious - the huge bathroom could also be used as a ballroom;-). Very nice are also the terrace and the garden. We would have liked to ventilate the apartment even better, but did not dare to leave the doors open for too long due to the many mosquitoes that were unfortunately found everywhere in Rovinj. Possibly a reason for minor mold infestation in one place or another that was mentioned in another review, but was not worrisome from our point of view. All in all we had a very nice stay in Gracijela's apartment.

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

Beatrice is the most valuable host we ever had. We were surprised to meet her near the water boat station, where she and her husband helped us with the suitcases. She gave us any information we asked for: that was more than helpful, given that Venice is a "complicated" city. The apartment was clean and perfectly equipped. Next time we visit Venice, we will book at Beatrice's place again.

A wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Right in the pedestrian zone with restaurants,supermarket and bars but still very very quiet. Breakfast coffee (Goppion) right outside and recommended. After the day in Vendig or on the beautiful island, we came into the apartment with joy and were able to switch off immediately. The roof terraces are just incredible and have sun all day. We enjoyed using it to relax to end the day or take a break before dinner. Everything is sparkling clean and cozy. The bed is very comfortable. Elena is a perfect host. Amazing visit! The views from the apartment were exceptional with the 3 huge, opening, floor to ceiling door/windows, in addition to the enormous private terrace. We felt like we were true residents of Venice, totally connected to the beauty, activity, and natural elements of the Grand Canal and Carregio district. Pietro was unbelievably helpful to us, including water taxi, restaurants, tour guide and museum input.....he helped make our stay magical! Everything was all more than worth what we paid!

Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!
