The house is huge and we had a wonderful experience. The infrared spa sauna was also a treat. Loved every moment. Stefano was very helpful and responsive.

The stay was very pleasant, Stefan's house is very nice and attention to detail, and is located inside a ranch where horses and sheep graze. The outdoor space is also equipped, you can cook and have lunch under the porch, in the garden surrounded by hedges you can sunbathe. This place is an oasis surrounded by nature. The hydromising bathtub at our disposal is also very much appreciated.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Great & above all very clean place to stay. The sea and restaurants were within walking distance. Parking available, I find important if you arrive by car. We had two dogs with us & it was no problem, on the contrary Danilo was very kind. Trieste for a day trip can also be reached quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️

Super warm hosts; Majda et Ivo ..very kind and responsive. The apartment was vrry vlean and fully equipped. Heat wave of 96F so glad for AC. Thdn we got caught in thunderstorm and Ivo appeared with car! Will visit again. Quiet et restive location. Good walking trails nearby. Safe.

We enjoyed the stay at Goran’s home. Close to the beach, famous towns, restaurants and shops by car. The pool was refreshing and my dogs enjoyed the house as well, as it was 100% fenced so they could run free.

I was with our dog "Filou" in September for 12 nights at Tamara's, or her parents. We were very warmly received, came to a very clean and lovingly furnished apartment right next to the pool. The enclosed property on which I was also allowed to park the car was pleasant. Centrally located to easily reach everything, supermarket, beach and restaurants which were recommended to me by Stjepan. We felt so comfortable and would be happy to come back :)

Victor and his family were very friendly. the apartment was very clean and ideal for 2 people. lovely swimming pool. perfect base from which to discover Istria.

Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people, they were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were 5 men visiting to see the Castelmonte Covid hill climb race, the convenient location to reach the track and once we got home after the race we felt in paradise, beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a large table great for outdoor dining. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

vera Marta's apartment is really spacious, it has everything you need. absolutely recommended also for the great location, to visit by car many various cities of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

We had a beautiful and relaxing week exploring lovely Rovinj. The apartment was comfortable and very central. We went for walks every day - always seeing something new - and never needed to drive anywhere. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and very thoughtful about our comfort. We would love to come back!

I recently stayed at Celestina's Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the lovely pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings. The street was nice and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Celestina herself was a fantastic host, always attentive and welcoming. Anna's place was perfect for our group. I only wish we could communicate better (there was an English/German language barrier), but she was very friendly and the place is within a 15 min drive of many different kinds of beaches. You will need a car, it is not a place where you can walk to much, but it's in a quiet community. The pool was wonderful, and the A/C's kept us very cool

Our family of five had a lovely stay over Easter weekend in Jody’s home. The villa is well-stocked, with comfortable beds, and a really nice living room/loft area. It all felt very spacious and had a beautiful outdoor space. We were able to explore the surrounding areas easily and there’s great restaurants and a wonderful bakery nearby. It all made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Klaus' villa was an absolute dream and exceeded our expectations – it is not only as pictured, but even more beautiful! You can feel the attention to detail in every corner, the terrace, the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool are pure relaxation. The outdoor kitchen with the charcoal grill completes the experience perfectly! Klaus is a fantastic host – always available and super friendly. The personal welcome and the extensive information folder full of great tips were just great. The garden is completely fenced, which was ideal for our energetic dog. Privacy was well protected thanks to the hedges and fences. Cepljani is the perfect base! Rovinj, Porec and Novigrad are easily accessible, and Umag is only 5 minutes away. We especially recommend the pizzeria in Babici – Klaus' tip was spot on! Dear Klaus, thank you for this wonderful time! We sincerely hope to return soon! 😊

Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.
