Holiday rentals with beach access in Bezirgan

I really liked the place overall – it's like Pinterest! The main plus is the stunning view from the window, which makes staying here unforgettable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, cleanliness and comfort. The host is responsive, quick to respond – even provided a second set of keys at my request. Separately, I want to note the contactless check-in, which is very convenient. However, there are some downsides. The wifi in the apartment is practically not working – the pages do not load, it is impossible to use. There is also very little hot water: it is unrealistic to take a shower, there is almost always cold water in the faucets. This can be especially important in winter. In addition, there is no elevator in the building, which is worth considering when booking (there is in the description, I did not look in advance). Despite these shortcomings, I liked my stay in the apartment. I will be happy to come back here if the hot water and internet issues are fixed. In that case, I would stay here even for a few months.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Whilst this is a walk from town the location is lovely with amazing views of the sea. We loved our stay and will be back

Stunning views from the terrace. Cozy, comfortable, and spacious home. Boris is hands down one of the kindest men you’ll ever meet, and his hospitality skyrocketed my experience from what would have been amazing to unreal.

Turget was an absolutely amazing host. He arranged our transfer from Dalaman to the apartment. His place had everything you need, kitchen had all the utensils pot’s microwave washing machine toaster kettle. Well equipped. Turget has a travel company Seaside Travel, he arranged our excursion for 4 days and allowed me to pay in £. He even changed money for me at a great rate. Went so far as dropping us off to the centre of Fethiye the following day. He was always responsive via what’s app. Helped me to arrange my transfer to Antalya. I really cannot fault Turget or his place. It’s so conveniently located. CALIS beach is about 15 minute walk. Carrerfour, migros and SOK supermarkets are a short walk away. Great local butcher with marinated meat which they BBQ for you for 45TL per kg. I would 100% recommend this place and would defo stay again. Pool was really clean and well maintained. All round it was a fantastic 6 day stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Safiye and Apo’s place. It’s a beautiful area to visit and the apartment is a great base. It’s nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped. It felt like a home from home. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance, although the walk back from town is steep. Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend Safiye and Apo as hosts.

Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious. The apartment had everything you needed including hairdryer. 2 mins walk to marina and bus stop, cafe bars, restaurants were all around apartment excellent choice thank you Turfan

I visited this property with my family. We had an enjoyable stay at this property and I would highly recommend. The property inside and out is in excellent condition which made our stay comfortable. The hosts are excellent and easy to speak with. Definitely will visit again.

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

The place was a palace, we’ve felt like royalty! The pool was nice, functional kitchen, AC, lots of space and a great view to enjoy it all. You need to get a car to go around Kaş, there is a parking space!

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

Hayam Evi was the perfect base for our off-season holiday in Kalkan. The house is exceptionally well equipped and we felt at home immediately. We particularly liked the rooftop terrace for soaking up some spring sunshine and were visited there by some intrepid local cats. My son loved the fact we were so close to the beach and several times a day marched down in his wetsuit for a chilly dip! We went out everyday to visit local archaeological sites and walk some of the Lycian Way and it was wonderful to come back to the cosiness of the house. Thanks Deborah. We'll be back!

nice Villa with plenty of rooms. a place to park and peaceful surroundings. host is super friendly and communicate well.

fabulous villa and Anna and team make themselves available to ensure all your needs are catered for to have a fun and relaxing holiday. The villa was clean on arrival and very well equipped. Location is no more than a short taxi ride (£5) into town and local supermarkets are within a short walk. Public beach club is a few minutes walk if you fancy a dip in the sea + a good selection of private beach clubs are scattered around Kalkan if you want a change scenery- we loved Lures hotel beach club a few minutes walk from the villa. Huge thanks for a fantastic holiday.

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

A very calm and cozy place with an amazing view. Onur is a very helpful and friendly host. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

From our point of view, it was an impeccable accommodation. Cleanliness, safety, and diversity of snacks and fixtures were also good. The host is very friendly and communicative.The only downside is that it's in the center of the shopping mall, so it's noisy at night, but this also works for a good advantage. When you open the windows and the living room terrace at night, the play of the band live has made us fall in love with the world of romance. When I slept at night, I was able to sleep quietly thanks to the good earplugs provided by the host. If I visit Kash again next time, I will definitely use the same place. Loved it!
