Please keep the front gate closed at all times & be prepared to say hello to Jet coming or going. Please do not use the BBQ. This is a quiet and picturesque hillside neighborhood. It’s close to Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood and Vine, and Universal Studios. LA is a car culture & you will have the most freedown & flexiblity if you travel with a vehicle. However, if you are travelling without a car - this is a good spot. We are close to the Redline Metro Train. There are several close Metro bus stops that service the city. Uber & Lyft are also convenient options. A combo of bus, train & rideshare would be perfect if you are choosing not to drive during your visit.
