NiU is our cozy little nest in Samedan, next to the top-quality cross-country ski trails and all the famous ski slopes of the St. Moritz area. With two fully equipped desks, it’s the perfect spot for a longer stay and the ideal workstation. Supermarkets and ski rentals are within walking distance. We’re happy to let others use it when we’re not around, embracing the true spirit of Airbnb. It’s easy to get here by train (5 min walk), car, or even private jet if you’re feeling fancy. 🤭

Das Manuela Zimmer strahlt durch seine Schlichtheit, es genießt auch den Ausblick auf La Punt. Ein natürlicher Wohntyp fühlt sich hier wohl, da er nicht durch Überflüssigkeiten abgelenkt ist. Es gibt zwei Schlafräume mit jeweils zwei Betten, welche mit 1-4 Personen bewohnt werden können (bei 2 Personen ist nur 1 Raum geöffnet. Bei 4 Personen sind beide Schlafzimmer zugänglich). Zugehöriges Bad (mit Badewanne) und Küche dazu befinden sich auf dem Flur ebenfalls im 2. Stock.

Die Wohnung wurde im 2022 in modernem Stil erbaut: - Es hat eine kleine Kochecke und ein geräumiges Badezimmer. - Gebrauch des Cheminée, ein Aussensitzplatz und ein Garagenplatz sind inbegriffen. - Abstellmöglichkeit für Ski und Sport-Geräte im Keller.
