The spacious apartment overlooking the Engadine Alpine panorama is located on a hillside in Samedan. - Bus station, train station, village ski lift, thermal bath and shopping are a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was built in 2022 in a modern style: - It has an open kitchen and two spacious bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. - Use of the fireplace, balcony and a garage space are included. - Storage for skis and sports equipment in the basement.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
