Large and charming house in the countryside

Fully equipped house of 180 sqm built in 2016 in a charming, older style, with the kitchen and living areas on the ground floor and the four bedrooms one floor down. From the kitchen, you can access the balcony on the upper floor, and there is a glazed conservatory underneath. 2 bathrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet. The forest where you can find wild strawberries, blueberries and mushrooms is behind the house, and in front you have a view of the lake and meadows. There is a swimming area below the house. A rowboat is included in the rent. Dogs are welcome at this accommodation.

Sleep well in a canopy bed in a manor house setting. The 1812 wing building has been carefully restored to recreate the feeling of the building period with typical colours, textiles and furniture. 140 sqm are at your disposal. The antique details are combined with modern conveniences. There is access to a large garden with outdoor furniture in the courtyard. From here, you can easily make excursions to Sörmland's range of culture and beautiful nature. We welcome adult guests and children over 12 years of age. Sheets & towels are included.

Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150m to the dock, a motor boat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running loop around Björsund. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

The cozy 30 sqm house accommodates everything you need for comfortable self-catering, whether you stay one night or several weeks. With proximity to train, bus, Norrköping and Kolmården Zoo, the location is perfect for culture, hiking and nature experiences. Local restaurants and grocery stores are also within walking distance. An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

Charlottastugan

Charlottastugan ligger avskilt och erbjuder ett fridfullt boende omgivet av vacker natur och en kort promenad till bad och fiske i sjön Yngaren. Här bor ni rymligt i två plan med en separat gäststuga med plats för två personer. Bottenvåning med nyrenoverat kök och flera bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin. I vardagsrummet finns öppenspis och bäddsoffa. Badrummet har dusch, toalett och tvättmaskin. Övervåningen har ett stort sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett mindre sovrum med två enkelsängar.

Bagarstugan

I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och goa bakverk. Enklare frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Se hemsidan Café Östergården. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Lakelands is a lyxury lakeside house with magnificant view through the paanoramic windows over the Tisnaren lake. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis next to Lake Långhalsen in an old 18th-century cottage that is modernly decorated on two floors. Living room with exit to the terrace, kitchen overlooking the lake, comfortable bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs with a total of five beds. Several patios with armchairs and sun loungers in all directions. Possibility to borrow a rowboat. You can use your own casting rod or fishing rod for lake fishing.
