Holiday rentals with a sauna in Betina

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Marina bei Antony und Renata. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und wie auf den Fotos. Die beiden waren sehr hilfsbereit und antworteten schnell. Die Lage war ideal, auch mit Hund. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft!

Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub! Gerne waren wir zu Gast und haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sauber und die Wohnung sowie Pool und Sauna sind sehr zu empfehlen. Auch außerhalb gibt es vieles zu entdecken. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

This is a lovely place to stay. Comfortable and clean apartment with a very nice pool. We had the place to ourselves for a few days, which was great. Irena, the host, was very helpful and always available to help with anything. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the sea, with a handful of nice restaurants in easy walking distance.

L'accueil était exceptionnel, Ivana nous a accueilli avec simplicité et bienveillance. Sa maman nous a accueilli avec un gâteau maison. Le lieu est isolé, calme et authentique. Je recommande.

The accommodation is centrally located in Old Town and has all amenities as described.

Super expérience, le logement conforme au photos et très propre. Proche de Zadar et facile d'accès en voiture. Maria et son mari on été très avenant et vraiment gentil l'accueil à l'écoute de nos demandes. Je recommande à tout le monde.

We were warmly welcomed by Nada and she showed us the house and everything. Super responsive and friendly. The house is brand new and very comfortable. We have enjoyed our stay so much. The house also has everything you need and exactly like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place!

This was a great place to stay with the family and enjoy sunsets from the balcony or rooftop!

The apartment is not big for 4 persons, but it is cozy and you have everything you need. Located in 30 min walk to the beach. We didn't meet Marijana in person, but communication over the phone was very friendly and we received all the information very quickly.

Ema and her husband could not have been more welcoming to my family of 6. They were brilliant hosts, were available for any questions, left us lovely thoughtful gifts and were just amazing. The house is beautiful, the pool is huge and was very well used by us. There are local supermarkets nearby and the town is a quick walk. Would highly recommend, thank you so much for hosting us Ema!

We had a great stay in this house and the nice garden. We and our kids loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Very suitable location for outdoor living and very nice for the kids with a lot to play. Even table tennis. The house itself provides everything you need, and it was clean. Antonia explained everything well, easy to communicate with and gave some tips for trips nearby. She even gave a tasty welcome and goodbye present. For us the location was a good base to see the natural wonders like Krka, Paklenica and even Plitivce lakes. You certainly need a car, but in the range around you can see and do a lot. We certainly recommend this house!

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber war immer zu erreichen und konnte uns viele Tipps für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. geben. Es gab sehr viele Möglichkeiten an der Unterkunft die Zeit zu vertreiben. Auch der Privatstrand war super.

We booked villa Sunset for a family holiday. There were 19 of us so we were looking for a venue that could accommodate us all. The communication & support from Jelena & her family before and during our hols can only be described as amazing 😎 The villa is absolutely fantastic in total we had the use of 10 bedrooms over 4 floors. They were spotless with plenty of room & wardrobe space. Kitchens/living rooms on all floors, with plenty of clean bathroom space. The way the villa is configured it allowed us all to have our own space. The villa location & views are stunning The outside kitchen and pool area is amazing. As a family we spent most days around the pool, which proved to be perfect for lots of fun. The kitchen eating area is so well appointed, with two massive tables so we could all as a family come together & have dinner on a night time. The villa also has lots of games to keep the family amused. It was the most perfect family holiday ever, thanks to Jelena and her family.

We so enjoyed our time at Home Sweet Home. The outside gardens are beautiful and a wonderful place to sit and relax. We stayed for three nights wishing we had time for more. The surrounding area is a beautiful place to explore. We will return!

What a wonderful stay in Zadar!! The villa is stunning with a beautiful pool and outside area and 6 rooms, 5 with en suite bathrooms! We had such a lovely time and the hosts were very helpful and kind. It’s around 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes into Zadar and 10 minutes from Nin. Throughly recommend especially if you can get a car!

We had the great pleasure of spending our family vacation in this beautiful house, and it was simply amazing! The house itself is not only spotlessly clean but also decorated with great attention to detail. The stylish yet cozy interior immediately made us feel at home. The outdoor facilities are an absolute dream for anyone looking to have an active vacation. The pool was wonderfully refreshing, the hot tub perfect for relaxing after a tennis match on the impeccably maintained tennis court. Our kids had an incredible amount of fun, and we adults were able to truly unwind. A particular highlight was definitely the hosts. They were more than friendly, super charming, and made us feel welcome from the very start. I highly recommend this accommodation without any reservations!
