Holiday houses in Bethune Beach

We had a wonderful time. The condo was VERY well stocked. If I thought I needed something I usually found it there. Was easy to keep the place clean during our stay. The dryer however takes forever. I recommend hanging up big towels and letting them air dry for a bit and then throw them in to fluff. The beach was amazing. The life guard station was right out front. If you walk the beach south for a mile you can see the some beautiful natural beach coastlines. The pool was so warm and great to relax and play with the kids. Especially later in the evening. We saw tons of wildlife. We loved all the choices of local shops and restaurants. We really hope to come back again next year.

We stayed for the weekend of welcome to Rockville music festival. Sarah’s place provided the perfect retreat after long festival days. Everything was clean and the space was cozy and put us at ease. Any questions or inquiries were answered promptly. The nearby beachfront was an easy walk and provided a beautiful place for us to relax.

This was an amazing place! We love New Smyrna & this beachfront condo had everything you need at the beach! There were even brand new binoculars that we used to watch the dolphins in the ocean.

El was a great host. We arrived late at night and she called to make sure we were all set with instructions and entry to the condo. We got in without issue and felt reassured she was available if we needed her. The condo was spotless clean and well equipped in all areas. The grounds are lovely and the pool was pristine and heated (outdoor shower, too). It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood. You can sit on the front porch and see the ocean or on the back screened in porch for a pool view. We loved the area--Canaveral National Seashore (WOW), the beach across the street, JB’s Fish Camp less than a mile away, kayaks, etc.. The beach towels, sand chairs and umbrella were a great addition! The condo served all our needs and El was a wonderful host.

Melba was a great host. Clear instructions and communicated quickly. Condo was in great shape and the beach access led to a nice spot with plenty of room to set up for the day. The condo had plenty of space and the patio was large and relaxing. Pool at the rec center near the building was a nice way to finish relaxing beach days. The private walkway was also a nice way to take in the nature. We booked with dogs which the listing allowed and was confirmed prior to booking. But there were signs in the elevators and parking garage that pets were prohibited. There were plenty of what appear to be residents of the condo that had dogs as well so I’m assuming it’s not a rule that’s enforced. The walk to the beach was almost a half mile from front door to area granted for beach access. Wasn’t an issue for us, but those who might not be able to walk that far while carrying beach equipment (there was a cart in the condo and we brought one as well) might find it to be a far walk.

Perfect stay on the quiet end of New Smyrna Beach! The location of this unit was great: right off the road with 2 public access points to the beach across from the condo. The pool was great for cooling off and was very quiet. Plenty of tables (with umbrellas) and lounge chairs on the deck. The grounds are lush and the pool area is very clean and well maintained. We peeked inside the clubhouse and noted it would be a great gathering and cooking area for larger groups. They even had a lending library. The unit itself was so nicely decorated, with everything you might need being provided. You can tell that Jamie and her family put great thought into being perfect hosts. Even if guests are coming from afar, they can easily have the perfect days on the beach without packing much...the back bedroom closet is filled with just about everything for the beach. We only needed to borrow a couple dry beach towels but can picture others needing it all. We hope to make this our annual spot!

Came to New Smyrna beach for the first time to celebrate our 10 year anniversary with our 2 kids, 7 and 9. The condo was just as described and the pictures don’t do it justice. The view was spectacular and the beach was absolutely perfect. The condo was well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a week with the family on the beach. The pool was never crowded and the tenants were all pleasant. The condo has a closet stocked with beach chairs, toys and umbrella , which was something we were hoping to find. There isn’t many places to eat this side of New Smyrna but there is an amazing Mexican restaurant up the street that kept us well fed. My family and I will 100% be back to the area and hope to make it back to the condo.

Absolutely amazing place with incredible views on peaceful "no-drive" beach! Condo was pristine and updated. Caitlyn was very responsive and helpful with suggestions, and we will definitely be returning!
