We had a great time at the Zen Cottage! It was an amazing getaway with beautiful scenery all around! Alma and James were very responsive and helpful with recommendations around the town. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. We can't wait to be back!

We were there for the Belmont Stakes at Saratoga. It was a great location and it was in a very quiet neighborhood with hardly any traffic going by. Inside it was very nice and accommodating - spacious kitchen with all new appliances, large dining room and living room. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and operational - just right for our party of 4. We communicated with Brandon several times and he usually responded within 15 minutes which was great. We appreciate that! All in all it was a great trip and Brandon's place was perfect for us. I would highly recommend it. Reasonable price, great location, great home, and a very pleasant renter. We didn't win any money at the track, but the stay was excellent.

Erin’s place was absolutely lovely! We really enjoyed the location - so peaceful and conveniently close to Art Omi. The cabin was beautifully maintained, and we especially loved the interior design, which felt both stylish and cozy. We stayed for two nights but honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Beautiful space. Amazing countryside vibes. Fun hike down to the waterfall, great kitchen for cooking and a fun night in. There was lots of quaint stuff to do in nearby Middleburgh: thrifting, diners, 50s milkshake bar, antique book stores, hikes, breweries, and more. We loved that there was so many towels for the sauna and swimming. One note: give yourself a lot of time for the sauna to heat up. Instructions were clear and they gave us lots of local recs. Also LOVED the hammocks -- lots of cozy nooks to hang for a chill girls weekend. We might be back again! A great stay.

Our stay was short, but had a good one. The home is comfortable and spacious. Great for families, just be mindful that master suite is in basement with steep, cramped stairs for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that the place is as pictured, beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. We didn't have a chance to use it but sunroom and back yard looked lovely.

Lawrence and Ilze are great hosts! They actually just live next to the house and they own a farm. We took our kid to visit their farms with lots of beautiful chickens and roosters. My son even has a chance to feed the chickens. We will definitely come back!

This is our fifth year coming to the farm. Larissa is absolutely masterful with kids of all ages (even tough kids). My daughter races out at 9 am to do farm chores and begs for more (and this is a kid who drags her feet doing chores at home)!! We love the rhythm of farm and find it really easy to disconnect and unwind. After chores in the morning, you're welcome to spend as much time as you want with the animals, which is a real treat. Whether it's feeding the horses hay, sharing food scraps with the goats, or watching the chickens do their evening routine, there's so much to enjoy. The local towns are lovely, but if you like the farm experience, you may never leave the property. Larissa is incredibly knowledgeable and generous in sharing her experience and expertise. She has created an absolutely magical environment, and I would highly recommend visiting!!

We loved how quiet and peaceful the location was. We also loved the homey touches- the local books, the honor store out back, the fact that there was the cafe under the apartment. The setting was beautiful and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the brook and the spring peepers!

My wife, dog, and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Michael's place. The land is beautiful, the place itself is actually even nicer than the pictures, and there is plenty to do in the area. We will definitely be coming back!

The games played great, the decor was packed with personality, and the vibe was peaceful yet fun. Quiet, quaint location with a few great walkable restaurant options nearby. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and respectful of our space. We’d absolutely stay again!

Sean’s place was a fantastic getaway for my 2 kids & I for the weekend. The place was clean & looked exactly like the pictures. I loved the area it was in & despite it being a little busy, traffic wise, it was very quiet. I would stay here again & recommend Sean’s place to anyone.

My Mom and I loved Marie’s home. So clean and light with lots of windows. Beautiful porch to sit at end of day Slept so well. We would love to stay there again I was in need of help with tv and they came within 15 min Unbelievable how helpful and kind Thank you so much Deb

Sam was an amazing and wonderful host. If you're planning on visiting the area and want to stay and if you find her place book it without any thoughts. she was super responsive and always thoughtful. She gave us all the details about the locally available restaurants and events happening even before our trip and she customized all the details catering to our needs. The house was super neat and felt super cozy. she was thoughtful and super kind. we also got to meet her foster kittens that she is taking care of. We will definitely recommend Sam's place to anyone who wants a private, calm and a cozy place to stay while in the area

The AK Lodge was perfect for our multi family, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Having private bathrooms in each bedroom was great. Justyna was very responsive and always answered any questions within minutes. We will defiantly be back.

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Jacks place. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding private property is stunning. Nicole was very helpful whenever I had any questions.

Alexander’s place is as described and look like the pictures. We stayed for one week end with friends to enjoy one day skiing and it was great! We had some trouble making the sauna and pool work at the beginning but Alexander sent someone to help quickly which was much appreciated 3’ drive from the slopes of Hunter and enough space to comfortably fit 12 people Would definitely recommend for a week end between friends or a big family reunion Thank you!

Marco was a very accommodating host and his property is absolutely immaculate, my guests and I felt like we were in Europe or some tropical place. The kitchen was spacious enough to accommodate our large group and we had no issues with the property or any appliances the whole time. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets off of the balcony and also hiked to a nearby waterfall. Absolute five out of five stars!
