Chose this place for a bachelorette weekend and it’s was perfect. Just enough space for 5 of us and being right on the water was my favorite part.

Great Place to stay if your looking to go skiing at loon. Easy access to the mountain the Bus comes right to the house. The place was clean and had plenty of beds for a big group.

This was a great space for our family of four. It was comfortable and private, and we still had access to conveniences like groceries nearby. We enjoyed our visit and would come again.

Great spot! Clean. Bigger than you think. Easy to access just get off the highway!

Jason was one of the most responsive hosts we have ever had. He answered whatever questions we had and immediately resolved minor issues like how to regulate the mini splits. The house has a nice view of the lake, and the separate deck amidst the trees offers some serenity. The lake is a great place for swimming too. We love to hike and there are wonderful trails within 15-40 minutes.

My group had a wonderful time staying at Tim's place, pictures do not do this place justice will definitely be recommending and possibly returning as well

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

Mile was a great and communicative host. The house is in an awesome location, the sounds of the Pemi river were very relaxing on the back deck. It slept my group of 8 comfortably with room to spare

Absolutely beautiful home to celebrate my wife’s birthday in. Accommodated my whole family and everyone couldn’t believe how nice the house was. It was everything we expected and then some. Great house and location that was peaceful and private and had great views! It was a beautiful fun house with unique features appropriate for several guests. Loved the fire pit especially, which was easy to use since the house was well stocked with wood. The house had all the amenities especially for the kitchen, which made cooking and preparing meals super enjoyable and easy. Updated and new kitchen appliances and bathrooms that were super clean and nice. Kristen was extremely responsive and helpful and super gracious in her hosting. Appreciated the flexible check in along with her periodic check ins to make sure we didn’t have any problems or questions. Overall, very impressed with the house and host and my friends and I had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and look forward to going back sometime!

Our stay was great-it’s the perfect sized house for a small family or a small group of friends-has everything we needed. Neighborhood was very quiet and Carolyn was helpful and very responsive.

My family and I booked a winter getaway at Rob’s place, and would highly recommend to other guests! Rob was quick to respond with any inquiries and provided lots of helpful information/recommendations that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The space was clean and cozy, and stayed warm even in the NH cold! We would all stay here again and would refer other guests to this location.

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this home. Not only was the house incredible but the location was perfect. Peaceful but easy to access. Our host, Tim was excellent. He was proactive with his communication. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. All of the amenities were top of the line and the view from the back porch is hard to beat. We are very excited about the potential of heading back to this home next year. Incredible house, host and time all around.

Jenn and Brian were amazing hosts. The place was super clean when we got there, and they were quick to respond anytime we had a question. They really went above and beyond — letting us bring our dog last minute and giving us a late checkout without any hassle. The place had everything we needed, and it’s a great spot if you’re driving an EV too. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet

This was the perfect family getaway for us. No shortage of our favorite activities… skiing, snow shoeing, fat biking - and easy access to Littleton for a bit of small town charm. The place itself was also very cozy with lots of thoughtful touches like extra toiletries and snacks, and of course the added bonus of a fire place.

A great Airbnb stay!!! I enjoyed my stay at Jack and Eileen’s very much! The bed was super comfortable, the living room was great and had a tv with an excellent picture, and the walk-in shower was roomy and had plenty of hot water. The house heated up easily and was very cozy. Washer and dryer in the basement. Absolutely no complaints! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our stay here was great. it was rainy until the morning we checked out, which was a bummer, but the covered hot tub area was used each night instead. the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and basic spices. I brought my own coffee for the Keurig but there was complimentary coffee pods, tea, and hot cocoa available as well. lots of games to play, artwork to look at. the dishwasher is very small so you can't fit much in there but luckily we were only 2 people. the only slight negative was the pellet stove being in the bedroom downstairs, only because of how noisy it is when it's running. it made it near impossible to sleep with it on if you're a light sleeper at all. overall, fantastic stay and thank you so much

Jenn's place is gorgeous and perfect for a peaceful, nature escape! Our group had an amazing stay in this cozy cabin- staying by the lake during the day and enjoying all of the board games in the evening. The kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments and cooking supplies which made for a nice surprise as we cooked most of our meals inside. The listing included a paddleboard for use which we couldn't find, but we enjoyed the kayaks regardless and the private beach is very accessible and beautiful. We highly recommend Jenn's place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Bray Hill House. We skied Bretton Woods during the day but not before we had a relaxing breakfast in the house and looked out at the amazing views. The house is beautiful and peaceful. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis. Everything you could want was provided for and Israel was very responsive to our questions.

We stayed at Elena's home for a four day ski trip. Her place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The big kitchen stocked with pots and pans allowed us to make several meals. And the drives to Bretton Woods and Loon were very easy. Would definitely stay again!

We recently stayed at this lovely home in New Hampshire, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience for my family and me. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how comfortable and well decorated the home was. The cleanliness of the home was impeccable. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house, such as the well-stocked kitchen and the comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep for everyone. The location was perfect especially after snowfall. Our children had a fantastic time. Overall, our time at there was truly memorable. Our family got together here for a weekend and the place was wonderful. A beautifully restored grand Victorian house on a quiet street just a few minutes’ walk from the revitalized small town of Bethlehem. The garage game room was lots of fun, and we enjoyed sitting in the porch as well. Would highly recommend!
