This charming, fully equipped 2-story home is privately set at the edge of the woods. Five minute drive to the historic Litchfield Center, this gem is central to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. History walks, museums, restaurants, boutiques, antiques, wineries, distilleries, & farmers markets. Yearlong recreational activities -hiking, biking, birding, boating, skiing nearby at Bantam Lake, White Memorial, Mohawk Ski Area, Topsmead State Forest, Land Trust & Audubon Preserves.

Fully Renovated Rural Barn

Newly renovated barn on a quiet rural road yet close to all the attractions of Southern Litchfield County. The light-filled barn has two large patio doors into a substantial living and entertaining area with a large sectional sofa-bed, a dining table for 10 and adjacent kitchen area with an island. There is a downstairs washroom. A large light-filled upstairs sleeping area has a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside is a patio dining area and parking in a dedicated driveway.

Geodesic Dome in the Wooods

A great daylight space nested on the edge of the woods. Be close to nature but also close to our house for modern convinces in our house. Please note this space is unplugged, it has no electricity, heat or air conditioning. There is a full bathrooms for your use in our basement, 125 feet away. Also, you are in the woods and spiders can get in the dome. We also have our Tiny house for you to stay in if the weather is too cold. The Tiny house has power and some heat. See last 3 pictures.

Just 30 min to Mohawk or Southington Ski Mountains. Just 10 min to downtown Litchfield, close to local farms & vineyards. For security we have two exterior cameras facing the door & driveway.

A magical, peaceful and relaxing space. Conveniently located on the Connecticut/New York border, just a 1 ½ hour drive or metro north from NYC. The area is a prime location, as it offers some of the most stunning and scenic hikes & drives in the country. Only a 10 minute drive from Kent, New Milford or Pawling.

The Farmhouse

Enjoy staying at our charming Farmhouse in the heart of our working dairy farm. Our farm sits on some of the most beautiful hills in Cornwall with the famous Gateway to Cornwall view where you can see our dairy cows grazing in the grandeur of nature. Come say hello to the cows in the barn during milking or watch the herd cross the road evoking sites you might expect to see in small European farming villages. You'll likely see us on our tractors bringing hay and water to our cows!

Walking distance to White Memorial Nature Preserve and the historic Litchfield Center. Walk or bike from the backyard to shopping, restaurants, art galleries, bakeries, or to a 3000 acre nature preserve and take in the Flora and Fauna. Quiet residential neighborhood that is close to so many amenities and activities.

Escape to a secluded custom built tiny house nestled amongst old pines and the Umpachene River. Inside, rustic charm meets modern comfort with 2 lux queen-sized beds, a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, a massive bedroom forest view and a private sauna. Outside the home you can find a cozy fire-pit, trails that lead down to the river, and a dining table for all your meals. Go out for a day of hiking and exploring, and come back to unwind to sounds of nature.

Feel like you're in your own studio apartment in the spacious, bright lower level of our home! Walk out to your own lounging/dining area. Guests have their own separate entrance & parking space(s). Enjoy the serenity of Camp Columbia state park, as it is our extended backyard. Tip: The sunsets are beautiful! 2 hours from NYC, 30-45 minutes to local skiing & just 10 minutes to Washington Depot. The property itself is small but it is surrounded by 250 acres of farmed conservation land and a short walk will take you past some of the most scenic farms in Litchfield County.
