Cottage on a peninsula

Small chalet located on a peninsula, intended for relaxation, swimming (direct access to the river ) and lazing on the large 70m2 terrace overlooking the goat meadow. The cottage is composed of a 30m2 living room, where the living room has a wood stove, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a shower and the toilet. A separate 20m2 bedroom enjoys direct river views. Great for couples with children and/or pets ( less comfortable for 4 adults )

For a few days or more, for a period from March to November, I will welcome you to our little house in Arcy s/cure. On the ground floor, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed (140x190). On the first floor, a large bedroom with a single bed (140x190), a second bedroom with two beds (90x190) and a toilet. Clean and sociable pets are accepted.

The Helix is located in Bessy, by the Cure. You will have 2 spacious bedrooms (140 x 190 beds) and a small bedroom with a sofa bed (160 x 190, futon mattress). You will also have 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets and a private garage adjoining the house. The kitchen is fully-equipped. 100 m away, a body of water, shaded park and picnic tables. Children's playground, and public petanque court 10 m away.

Come and enjoy a completely renovated apartment, in downtown Auxerre. On the 4th and top floor with elevator access Ideally located next to Paul Bert Park, close to all amenities, you can visit the historic city center on foot. Easily accessible, many free parking spaces at the foot of the residence. SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away. Chablis and its vineyard a few kilometers away.

Single-story house overlooking two gardens. The one to the south is private. The very large one to the north is shared with us... when we have small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm by the stove in winter. Comfortably equipped for cooking. Kids will love the donkeys, the swing set and the trampoline in the garden.
