Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

La grange aux Alluets – 6 guests

Located between the prestigious Côte viticole des Grands Vins de Bourgogne (20 minutes from Beaune) and the Parc du Morvan (40 minutes), we welcome you to La Grange aux Alluets, combining comfort and elegance. The village offers an unobstructed view of the Morvan and is dominated by a mill. You can visit the village goat farm and taste its cheeses, which will accompany the wines chosen during your tastings at the local wineries. For children, a playground is a 5-minute walk from the cottage.

The house has 5 bedrooms upstairs, each with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 200 bed. Two are equipped with a shower room. The terrace is equipped for 15 people, there are 2 gas grills. The heated pool (27°) is open all year round, covered from October to May (these dates may vary depending on the weather).
