The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the area (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away, you can reach the lake and the town centre, where you will find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, and tobacco shop. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

Modern apartment(45mq) for a couple that want to visit the lake but also for a romantic holiday . The view from the apartment is amazing ! There is a comfortable and confidential terrace available and we have build a swimming pool with a wonderfull view of the lake. You can reach Varenna center in 5 minutes with the bus (1,8 km)and in 25 minutes walking ( with a taxi you need 4 minutes).

Casa Verbena

"... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
