Definitely beautiful views as all other reviews mentioned, totally worth the four flights of stairs. The bed was comfortable. Appreciated the responsiveness of the host. The tram and metro stations are right in front of the building which made it so easy to go around in Istanbul .

I had an amazing stay at SeaView Grand in Istanbul! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful location. A special thanks to Yunus, who provided outstanding service—he even helped deliver my suitcase after I accidentally left it behind. He is truly trustworthy and went above and beyond to help. Thoroughly enjoyed the space Mehmet provided, he allowed my to drop off my bags prior to the check in so i could use the morning to explore more of the city. he also had plenty of recommendations for the area. the space is located in a quiet dead end road making it a very quiet experience with outstanding views of the sea and city. Mehmet also coordinated a van service for me to get to the airport which was very helpful and made its a breeze at the end of my trip .

Great place. Sweet was very easy to reach and connect. Location was the bess part : 9 mins walk to metro , Cevahir shopping mall , and grocery.

Ismail was a great host . He was very proactive and guided us well to loacal attractions. The street is very lively and the good in his restaurant is great

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Excellent host, beautiful apartment, stunning views . Samet went above and beyond to help with whatever was needed pertaining to our stay. The apartment is immediately in front of the ferry, easy access wherever you want to go.

Our family of six absolutely loved our stay at Sinan's spacious apartment in Istanbul! The generous layout provided ample room for everyone, and the fully-equipped accommodation offered everything needed for an ideal city getaway. The location is truly exceptional - just minutes from the metro station and a short stroll to the tram line that takes you directly to the city center. Convenience is key with several small supermarkets literally steps from the front door. Sinan proved to be an outstanding host. His responsiveness was impressive, even when we arrived late in the evening. His kindness extended to arranging airport transportation for our departure, which made our trip ending stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this magnificent city!

Mr. Furkan is a well-intentioned friend. He answered every question with patience, as if he was like a friend I had known for years. Your home was nice and calm.
