Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Beşiktaş

We were very satisfied with everything!

There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. The house is clean and spacious, it consists of two floors, a hall and kitchen floor, and a floor for 4 bedrooms and toilets, all of which contain air conditioning, the host is excellent but slow to respond

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Mr. Ahmet's interest was definitely at a high level. The location of the house may really be one of the best places you can find in Istanbul. A clean house and a wonderful garden were a pleasure for us. We will definitely choose it again

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

We had a great time at Deniz’s place. Its look and feel were exactly how we expected - roomy, artsy, and homey. We had a very smooth check in despite later arrival. We received a warm welcome from the hostess Derya who was there to give us the keys and show us around. We received many local recommendations from her, and both Derya and Deniz were very responsive to our questions. The location of the place is perfect for a nice stroll in picturesque Cihangir. The neighborhood is lively, but our street was very quiet with excellent coffee shops just next door. A special heartfelt thank you to Derya who went above and beyond in communication with helping us with a lost item in an Uber on the way to the airport. Due to her efforts and fast proactive action, the item was delivered to her as she further facilitated its delivery overseas. With enormous gratitude we recommend these hosts and their place to anyone looking for comfort and good care in Istanbul.

Charming little place within walking distance to Taksim Square. Ugar was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I had a few requests, and he was more than happy to accommodate them. After six weeks of travelling and staying in and out of hotels, stepping into Ugar’s apartment truly felt like coming home. The bed was comfortable, the room nice and dark for a restful sleep, and the building felt safe and secure. I’d happily recommend this place. The only small issue was the lack of cutlery in the kitchen - likely just an oversight that I’m sure will be sorted quickly.

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

First of all, this space is STUNNING!! So comfortable, with a gorgeous view! Hasan was attentive, helpful and quick to respond with any of our needs. I would highly recommend this Airbnb during your time in Istanbul.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Hetem was extremely hospitable and accommodating to any needs or issues. He was also very friendly and gave many restaurant location as well as sight-seeing advice. The location was also walkable to the center of Taksim Square. Made my stay extra special and difficult to leave. I’ll be back soon!

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

Everything was great from booking to checkout. Mr. Firat is a very good host, the employees were just as interested. The house has all the details you'll need. Thank you so much for everything

A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa - it had everything and even more, comfortable house with 2 separate bedrooms + bedroom mixed with living room + bedroom with separate toilet upstairs. Wonderful terrace, both in-house and outdoors shower, private beach, grill place, sauna, multiple locations for sitting. We were 6 people and villa suited us perfectly. Thank you a lot for hospitality!

Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa.
