Exceptional house in the heart of the Jura and its vineyards located on the outskirts of Arbois, a must-see Jurassian town. Ideally located to discover the region, its waterfalls, lakes and all the beauties so characteristic of this department. The property is composed of 2 houses, one being made available for our guests and the one where we live. The 2 houses are separated and independent. Throughout your stay, you will be guided by Xavier & Valérie and their son.

This bright accommodation includes a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen open to a spacious 30 m² living room. The living room gives access to a long balcony where you can enjoy the garden furniture for relaxing moments outdoors. You will appreciate the proximity to all amenities: bakeries, restaurants, shops... The cinema and train station are just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around and go out.

La Perla: 200 meters from the train station

Our 25 m2 studio on the first floor of a very quiet building is refurbished. It consists of a 80/200 or 160/200 convertible bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Located 2 minutes from the train station and a 10-minute walk from the city center, you will find all types of shops on site (baker, butcher, cheese maker, delicatessen...). In the neighborhood, several types of restaurants (traditional, pizzeria, kebab...) are within walking distance.

You will enjoy the free parking space in the private parking lot 10 meters from the door of the accommodation. Guests can fully enjoy its unfenced terrace with garden furniture. The accommodation is refurbished in early 2025, equipped with everything you will need during your stay. A kit consisting of coffee pod, sugar, dishwasher tablet, washing machine capsule awaits you. Shower gel, shampoo are available as well as cleaning products.

Located in AUTHUME, close to DOLE, this peaceful and warm 70 m2 accommodation, built in an old farmhouse, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. You will be less than 2 km from the many shops in the Epenottes de Dole area and the A39 highway (Dole-Authume) to enhance your stay. A baby crib can be provided. The bedding is all comfortable (convertible living room too). Outside, you have a furnished terrace and a free parking space.

For your information, we live on the ground floor and will be at your disposal for any request and to ensure that your stay goes smoothly.
