My family and I were very pleased with the apartment. The location is great and very close to the beach. The condominium has a complete and very well-maintained infrastructure, worthy of a resort. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Carlos (host) was very polite and helpful. I recommend it for anyone looking for a nice and practical place to stay, especially with children. I'll be back without a doubt.

Apartment well located and clean and organized. My experience was great. Dr. Geni received us at the check-in and explained the operation of the building and apartment, we received pampering… grape juice and biscuits. Mr. Mauro told us places to meet and it was kind. For those looking for a family rental is ideal.

It is a large, clean, well-equipped apartment, with a beautiful view and with privacy, there are no buildings in the front. The condominium is excellent for those with a small child, because even on rainy day you can have fun with a heated pool, toy library, game room (there it has a certain smell of mold), outside playground and courts. It has a 24-hour minimarket inside the condominium that helps a lot. It has a muiiito supermarket near the building and it is not far from the centre. 10min walk to the beach, quiet but with a child or carrying much better by car. Kind and thoughtful hosts respond quickly.

The apartment is wonderful, complete and super well decorated. It has a great location, right next to the beach. In the condominium there are several leisure options for children , such as heated and thermal pool, toy library and courts. Jaqueline is a very kind and attentive host. It was a great stay in Riviera.

Apartamento has the essentials to spend a few days resting with a beautiful view. The condominium has a good structure and is safe.

New house, wonderful, very faithful to the photos. The house is very well equipped, with new and modern appliances, bed linen and towels of quality, perfect to accommodate people with quality and comfort. The outdoor area of the house has a very tasty space with the pool and barbecue. The condominium in which it is located is great, with a gym, tennis courts, multi-sports court, beach tennis court, playground and some swimming pools scattered throughout the condominium. The condominium also offers beach service with chairs and parasol.

Better than the pictures, well-equipped kitchen and a great place to bring a lot of people, everyone was comfortable. We very much like the games in the house and the game room is very wide. The house was very clean and smelling when we arrived. A pity that I caught the weekend with the cold front but we were lucky and Sunday we were able to enjoy the pool well. The house is very close to the centrinho and the beach as well. Diego was helpful in answering all questions quickly and clearly. Everyone loved the house.

I have stayed in his studios before and I have nothing to complain about, mainly because of the flexible check-ins and the speed to meet the needs. I recommend it to everyone.

The temperature of the swimming pool is very pleasant, even at night it was possible to enter, the barbecue area is well equipped and meets very well. All kitchen utensils they offer are more than enough. Pernambuco Beach is one of the best in the region and is 5 minutes away by car, it was also very quiet and safe to go by car and find parking. We had a great holiday in this house! The space is very well equipped — the kitchen with all the utensils available. The barbecue made it possible to prepare a good family barbecue. The condominium is simply spectacular! It has several leisure and sport options, perfect for enjoying the day outdoors or relaxing. The environment is safe, beautiful and super well taken care of. I would also like to highlight the kindness of the hosts, who have been extremely attentive and receptive from the beginning. It was an excellent stay, which exceeded our expectations. We would definitely go back and recommend to everyone who is seeking comfort, structure and tranquility and sports!

Very attentive, kind, patient, ready to help any moment, before we even arrive at the house gave me all the support, did not leave A doubt if you want without clarification, I am very grateful for everything you did for us this holiday! The house is EXACTLY like the photos, rent without fear! We got to the house is very clean, and as we went on the Easter holiday Joice left an Easter egg of pampering and complimentary pumpkin box, think how the children loved hahaha. All appliances working perfectly and even insects for being surrounded by trees, we had NO problem, almost no problem. Recomento with closed eyes!

It was our first Airbnb rental experience and I am delighted with this apartment! We were very well taken care of by Juliana, before, during and after our stay. Fully equipped: complete kitchen, cooler, toys for children to take to the beach, extra sun guard, some pampering and details that made a difference. Spectacular view of the beach and the condominium. Air-conditioning, TVs and showers in perfect condition. The structure of the condominium is amazing. Delicious pool, you don't want to leave. Anyway, just compliments. The only bad part was having to go home. We love it and want to come back more often. I highly recommend Juliana's apartment!

We had a great stay. The host Viviane provided us with excellent service. Your apartment is just fantastic. Very clean and organized. The building structure is excellent too, swimming pools, transfer to the beach and the ice machine that breaks a gallon when assembling the beach kit. We'll definitely be back.

We loved the apartment and amenities, comfortable with a beautiful view. Too bad it was only a few days and we got rain, but we were very comfortable.
