We've been a group of friends for a couple of days and were super comfortable. The common spaces of the house are very good, including barbecue and jacuzzi with very good hygiene. The location is second to none, close to Ávila and Salamanca for the day. It also has hiking trails and the house has a donkey called Manolo and is a love. To finish, we want to highlight the host's attention. He has been attentive at all times, he recommended places to us, he explained everything perfectly and resolved the questions we had at all times. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience in La Caleña. Juan Carlos is a fantastic host, always attentive and willing, flexible and very nice. We were a group of 10 adults, 3 children, and a dog. The house was exactly what we needed. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, really appreciated to have one bathroom per room. On each floor, a living-dining room with kitchen, very well equipped everything, kitchenware, appliances, etc. On the ground floor, lawn area that my dog has loved, and a heated pool with a gazebo and several sunbeds. Brand new BBQ. And of course the crown jewel: A room with three gym machines and a jacuzzi that far outweighs the impression it gives in the photo. Awesome. Very comfortable beds, heating, uf, it is a myriad of elements that make the house perfect. 6 km from Ávila, 10min by car, and in the village of La Colilla itself, roads and trails that we have really enjoyed with the dog. Our stay at La Casa de Chocolate, in Cuevas del Valle, was unbeatable. The house is beautiful, comfortable and tastefully decorated, perfect to enjoy a few days of disconnection in the heart of nature. Everything was taken care of in detail, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The environment is a wonder: surrounded by mountains and with beautiful routes very close by, ideal for hiking lovers or simply for those who want to breathe pure air. One detail that we loved was the welcome with delicious homemade doughnuts, a gesture that reflects the affection with which the hosts care for their guests. In general, we really liked everything: the tranquility, the environment, the cleanliness, the comfort… Without a doubt, La Casa de Chocolate is a place we would return to with our eyes closed. Highly recommended!

The courtyard is beautiful, a real wonder, the pool is perfect for relaxing and taking a dip, the barbecue is clean with everything you need at hand to make one whenever we want, the area is very quiet and it is not difficult to find the house. There were 4 of us and a puppy, who enjoyed the patio more than we did, with its kennel and bowls for water. Anyway, we were very comfortable, we had Toledo pastries for breakfast, and don't forget the coffee! Anyway, I highly recommend the stay!

We had great time with our dog, and Ana was always there if we have any question. What a great getaway with fine artistic details to connect with Nature. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Possibly our new Secret Spot to disconnect. The location is privileged at the foothills of the Sierra de Gredos. Really a magical place to have intimacy and rest for a few days. The area has many options to do activities or, as we choose, to rest and disappear from the noise of the city. We will keep it in mind for sure for future trips.

We were very lucky to find and be able to book this beautiful home for Mayo Bridge. It met all our expectations and more! spacious, welcoming functional, very good views, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. We were 7 friends from Sweden, we wanted to meet and enjoy Gredos and this house helped make the trip a success. Raul was very professional, answered questions quickly and was super attentive. He also gave us good advice on routes to do this season of the year. We thanked him a lot since I don't know why we didn't get to the local tourist offices

We were 6 friends and had a very pleasant weekend. The house was clean, good location and a very quiet place by the river. Ana María was a perfect host in terms of communication before arrival and when we arrived, she explained everything in detail. Just to mention that you can't barbecue in the summer to protect the environment, but there's a grill that we could use. We will definitely repeat, we felt at home!

This place is a paradise Luxury qualities, the environment next to the stream and the common areas so well cared for both inside and outside. The rooms are very comfortable. You can't hear a noise that isn't from nature. It is very warm with the heater and its fireplace, in addition to having enough firewood. Maria recommended several places where we could go to eat with our dog in nearby villages and it was a success. It is a perfect place for those who want to rest in the middle of nature and have certain amenities that are not usually found in all rural accommodations. The level of detail and the care with which the accommodation is restored is wonderful. We'll be back for sure

Lovely rural cottage - a big garden and terrace all for yourself. Fully private, it is just you and the birds (and sheep). Perfect for lots of hours relaxation in the sun and some nice tours around the area.

A sweet place within an hour from Madrid. Peaceful and lovely surroundings. Sole was very kind and helpful and easy to communicate with.

We truly enjoyed our stay. House was super clean and cosy, with lots of nice small details. Our host Clara was very friendly and welcoming, all the information she had shared was accurate and useful. Despite the fact that house is located near the street, it’s very quiet and private. Possibility to use the terrace for breakfast or dinner was a nice touch.

We were this May bridge in Guadalupe's house and felt right at home. The weather did not accompany us, so most of the time we had to be inside the house, and it was phenomenal. We've been super comfortable, because the living room and kitchen are super spacious. We felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Very nice, clean and tidy. Note that there is no microwave or hair dryer. The curtains in the rooms let in some light, so if you need total darkness it is always advisable to wear a mask. For parking, there is an abundance of on-street sites just in front of the home. The host is very friendly and with an absolute willingness for any help I can provide. The house is decorated with handmade elements that the majority of the owner has manufactured, which gives it a plus of originality and exclusivity.

We went 5 couples (10 people) to spend a weekend and had a great time. In principle we were going to be 12 but two have not been able to go and I think that, -if nice space there was and had been entered-, for 10 people the house is fine, maybe the 12 would have been a tighter pelín. The house is very nice in a very natural environment, quiet and with privacy. Although the weather didn't accompany us a lot, we enjoyed the gallery, the fireplace and the house itself. The beds were comfortable, the beautiful views. The only thing we suggested to Javier is that the fridge takes a little bit to cool well (when you regulate it), and that we have run out of hot water when we took the shower several. We think in the summer with the pool it would be a total enjoyment. ¡I'm sure we'll be back!
