Welcome to la Victoire de Noyers, the land of noyers, a vacation house located in the middle of walnut tree groves in a calm, medieval village that has been classified as one of France's most beautiful cities. Moderately recent, the house has a walled-in yard built with Burgundian stone and gives you 400 square meters of cozy privacy. The house itself offers 179 square meters of living space and can take from 1 to 10 people plus a baby. It gives you a splendid view of the Gothic church

Its terrace and garden provide a very pleasant outdoor space, perfectly exposed for you to rest. The largest wine estates, as well as the most beautiful panoramas of Chablis, are very close. Composed of two bedrooms, a living area, and a vintage-style kitchen, you can prepare your meals or access the many Chablis restaurants.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. "Le chant du pré" is a wooden chalet with a covered terrace. A haven of tranquility in the middle of a plot of over 3000 m2 where our chickens roam freely (not visible in winter and bad weather) We are located 400 metres from the Cistercian Abbey. Possibility to rent electric bikes on stands for very nice rides in the countryside, the forest and the vineyard. We offer a romantic decoration with champagne at an additional cost.

Our accommodation was created by our hands, in old grain boxes. It is composed of a large living room, with a fully equipped fitted kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, etc.), a dining area and a TV area with a sofa bed. A first bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom also with a double bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry room and toilet. Terrace and parking
